The purchase of my vehicle started while looking for a particular car online and came upon the ad. When I called the dealership he picked up the phone. Not your typical sales associate, it was like you were talking to a good friend. Not pushy in any way, i asked specifics about the car and told him I would be driving about an hour and a half and did not want to waste my time. He said the car was in absolutely mint condition, no road rash, perfect rims etc. For a five year old car I found it hard to believe but gave him the benefit of the doubt. I gave a deposit over the phone and drove out the next day with a certified check on the off chance he wasn???t giving me a story. I went in with my brother. When we saw the car both our jaws dropped. He on the money 100%. I spent 10 minutes going over the car and shook Anthony???s hand. We had a deal! Such a pleasure to deal with him. He followed up with texts over the weekend to ask how I liked the car. This guy is honest and knowledgeable. If you???re looking to purchase a high end ride, you will not find a better dealership nor a better or smarter sales associate. Can???t wait for my next purchase.

I visited Lamborghini Paramus with my wife to take a look at a few vehicles. None of which were Lamborghini's. I anticipated feeling uncomfortable around 500k cars but upon entering the store, I was greeted by Alan. Alan made us feel at home the entire time. I ended up purchasing a beautiful lightly used Mercedes S63 Coupe from Lamborghini Paramus. I must say in purchasing over 20 cars in my lifetime, this was the best car buying experience ever. Alan really worked with me to make the transaction extremely smooth. As we walked around Lamborghini's and Bentley's and McClaren's, and Porsche's, my wife and I felt strangely comfortable. Lamborghini Paramus actually encourages people to come in and take a picture or see an exotic car up close even if you are not a buyer. That says a lot about the warm welcoming people that work there, especially Alan.
I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Lamborghini Paramus. I purchased a 2016 Huracan out of state and when it came time to service & warranty work Lambo Paramus was right there to help. Recently I experienced a check engine light and a few other small issues with my car. I called and spoke with Kevin Walburn who assisted me in setting up my service appointment. Not only were they able to get my car into the shop within 48 hours but they personally came and picked it up with a enclosed flatbed so I didn't have to take the trip up to the dealer. ( approx an hour & 15 minutes away). Once the car arrived they jumped right on it and kept me abreast of what was going on and how the car was doing. I also had an exhaust system installed while the car was there which Jeff Giordano professionally installed. The part came from one of their closest customers who I located on a local Lamborghini fourm. I was a little skeptical at first not knowing the gentleman but Alan Reichenthal put his neck on the line for his previous customer and assured me that I had nothing to worry about. After my car was finished with its install & warranty work they had a fully booked schedule with their delivery truck and ended up moving around a few other deliveries to make sure that I had my vehicle back the day before my companies event. All I can say is WOW ! I would personally recommend anyone to the guys over at this dealership. Being fortunate enough to own one of these vehicles & having a dealer that treats you like family really makes me want to stay within the brand in the future as well knowing that I will be in great hands for any needs I may have. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with my total experience at RFMC. From my first contact, email, text then phone call, RFMC responded quickly and professionally. I asked many questions before deciding to make the four hour drive from Maryland to Long Island. The car that I had come to see, a 2006 Porsche 911 C2S. I found it to be far more impressive in person. This 12 year old car was literally, “as new”. I was intending to make an offer lower than the price we discussed, but after seeing, scrutinizing and driving this car I had fallen in love with it. They helped me arrange for a PPI and unlike other dealers, did not charge me to have it transported to the shop for inspection. There were minimal findings but Ryan himself addressed any concerns without me having to even ask. I’ve been driving her for several weeks now and am even more pleased than ever. Last of all, being a “car guy”, I loved viewing the rest of their inventory, all exceptional! Louie and Ryan know cars and obviously have the ability to select the best of the best. Wish I lived closer so I could stop by and check out the new arrivals.
