2020 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque review
I own the 2020 evoque base model. The tech is basic, not many bells and whistles for $43000.00. Its nice to look at, but not "impressive" in comfort or performance! The lag time off of the line is embarrassing too. Such hesitation is unacceptable! I wont say i regret the purchase, but look forward to my next car actually being fully loaded and quicker!

2020 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque review
Purchased this Évoque in December 2025. Car had around $32k miles and looked brand new inside. Definitely feels luxurious. We especially love the heated seats in the back. Very easy and comfortable to drive. The roof is a tad lower than other SUVs we've had, so we had to get a little used to that, but it didn't take long. Very pleased with our selection and would recommend.

Mo showed my wife and I approximately 3 vehicles total and we switched one after signing the paperwork the next day for a different color. Not even a compliant. I highly recommend this dealership. I rcvd excellent customer service. After a recent hospitalization, to receive the level of empathy from Carlos was comforting, although I was experiencing pain and discomfort as I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Carlos constantly checked on me. It reminded me of how I would constantly check on my patients, as a frontline worker. Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response. All I can say is that Carlos's full demeanor impacted me tremendously. People may not always remember what you do or say...but they WILL remember how you make/made you feel. Carlos is an asset to Darcars, I sure hope you all make him feel he's a valuable employèe.😊

We just got our 2022 Defender from Land Rover Alexandria at the end of December and we love it! Previously had a Land Rover a few years back from a different Land Rover store and decided to try another brand after that one. The new Defender is absolutely is amazing! The whole buying process was very convenient for us with busy schedules. Normally, we spend an entire day trying to work out our car purchases and that's what we expected this time but it seemed to go very quickly. I know the Defender we bought is hard to get but we were able to reserve one that was already being built and sent to the dealership that worked for us so that cut out alot of the time (which was a great time saver since the dealership looked very-very busy the day we were there). We really thought the whole process was pain free and our salesperson was kind and very helpful and the manager in the back was friendly and also took time to help while our salesperson was getting our Defender ready for to take home. He apologized for how busy they were and mentioned they would be at a new much larger location just down the street in just a couple months. The apology was nice but really not needed since it was going much faster than we thought and we could tell the dealership needed a new place so we're looking forward to servicing at the new location. Only one hiccup about month later with the rear wiper not cleaning properly (only noticed an issue after all the ice and snowstorms) but the service team got it handled with a replacement wiper in a few minutes when I stopped by. Very happy with our experience and definitely recommend this dealership!
