Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?

Purchased new 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Limited, the styling is on point, interior is laid out well comfortable. Got the matte finish bronze and it looks amazing. Our real world mpg is little higher than expected, coming in at 36 combined so far with it being driven 4k miles. The ONLY downside was our after sales service. Drove us insane trying to get the simplest request. Piece of window trim was missing when we took delivery, they had the car for 2+ months to "repair/replace" this ! During that time, it was probably promised "next Friday" , nearly every Fri., and always I always had to be the one to call to try and get update, if you could even talk to a live person, it would be always be * let me check and I'll call you back* and days would go by forcing you to call again. I can't say this about other Hyundai dealerships, but McDonough Hyundai in Georgia has the absolute, positively, worst customer service . It's like Popeyes Chicken, you that chicken sandwich is great, but you also they not known for the service, it ain't no Chik fil a.

GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. I just bought an F350 diesel 8 foot bed crew cab limited edition. The only thing I can say is wow what a nice machine. I just finished a 1600 mile trip towing a vehicle behind us and got 17.4 miles per gallon on the diesel, it is an awesome machine and I would highly recommend it. The power

I found a car that I was hoping to buy and thanks to Sonia's tenacity, she made it work. The finance manager, Feliciah St. Hilaire, was very friendly, knowledgable, and well versed in her profession. Not too often can buying a car be a relaxing experience, but this certainly was! I visited this dealership due to my car being totaled, having a rental for 2 months, already feeling stressed over the entire experience, and these young ladies made it very stress free and a relaxing experience. No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

We bought our Armada used and it has been great. It's very spacious and we haven't had any issues. These vehicles can last for thousands of miles of properly taken care of.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

The car has been great with one glaring exception. The 2023 Rav 4 navigation system and manuals explaining it are far from easily understood by some of us with advanced degrees and years of experience in writing and interpreting complicated financial documents. The 2023 Nav screen is as much a distraction as driving while using a mobile phone a highly discouraged practice., perhaps more dangerous. Our 2028 Rav 4's Nav system and manual were easily understood. intuitively structured and easily used during our drives and with a safe screen. Somehow the 2023 version escaped those virtuous characteristics and is one that has made me start to consider trading our 2023 in after 7 months.

Purchase experience stress free. Knowledgeable salesperson and staff. Great service team as well. The experience of having to leave a minimum word count for this review is more stressful than purchasing the car. (Hint hint) Tx!

I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.
