Loving my new ride. Sized down from my last SUV, but barely feels smaller. Love all the features. The price and warranty were huge selling points.

Bought this car new. I will have owned it 9 years March 30, '23. 59,000 miles and still loving everything about it. Recommended maintenance and only one regular (not hybrid) battery that lasted over six years were my only expenses. Still seems new. Everything still works flawlessly. The built-in Lexus Enform roadside assistance system is no longer supported due to newer technology, which is to be expected.

Its a great car overall. Looks great, feels great, and drives smooth. It has more of that luxury feel to it than a sporty sedan; more like a "grown up" car than a "youth" car. Very luxurious on the inside. The mouse pad and small video display are a little tricky to control, especially while driving. It has all of the luxuries of a 2014 luxury car, including heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, and a power fold-up screen on the back window. It's a great car to drive because it has a smooth ride and the hybrid option means you spend a lot less on gas (you can go long distances without having to refuel often. Which also has an advantage over fully electric cars that you need to charge every two hours of driving).

will cruise 80 down the highway ,and you will think your driving a V6. Awesome cars.. did my first repair on our 2010 RX 350, thermostat. These cars dont sit in the shop like BMW and mercedes. Buy this hybrid .... this isnt a prius here. Buy this or the avalon limited. We Have one of each. 2014 es 300 and 2015 Avalon hybrid. 40 MPG is a no brainer.bought both used. New cars are new one day. Paid $20,000 each and both were over $40000 new. Its like it was a buy one get one free

Our sakes person was Daisy Fuentes, she did an excellent job, The car that I purchased was ready for a test drive when we first arrived. The car looked and performed very well. My trade in was evaluated and after some conversation, a very reasonable offer was tendered which I accepted. When we arrived, I seriously did not think that I would buy the car, but Daisy and the others involved made a fair offer and arranged financing, this all occurred in less than 2 hours. Quick response to the initial online inquiry. Appointment scheduled for test drive over the weekend. The dealership even kept the car for me to test drive even though a few other customers inquired about the vehicle prior to my test drive appointment. Experience at the dealership was quick and smooth. Met a couple of good individuals during the process.
