Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. Perfect But For One Annoying Thing
Beautiful, comfortable, responsive... my only issue is my last three new Lexus' have had annoying, unfixable buzzing from the dashboard. Unforgiving for a car almost $50,000. The dealer said in each case they would have to remove the dashboard. No thanks.

OUTSTANDING SEDAN
I have owned Lexus ES 350's over many years. My current ES is definitely the most outstanding. It has great styling, comfortable and quiet ride. Every Lexus that I owned had excellent reliability. Have received many compliments on the looks. My only complaints are rear seat leg room. Also, the front could have been designed more conservative. Again, overall an outstanding car.
