The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

Selection of autos and proximity to Lexus and Mercedes and currently owned an Infiniti G35. I thought I was getting the less experienced sales rep. However, cudos to Hector for his patienceo aften needing to repeat things. I was determined not to buy there so did not come prepared with docs necessary for a smoothe transaction. I has my NX250 serviced today. My advisor was Jose. Prior to having my car serviced he explained everything to me and stated that it would take approximately an hour and a half. I also had a question about my audio system and he was able to answer it right away. My car was returned to me faster than Jose had started washed and ready to go. Jose was fantastic and I would highly recommend this dealership for all your needs.

this is my 4th es350,,,good comfortable car but they don't change .have a 2020 ,,looking at 2023 it's the same car execpt for the touch screen,,,same wheels ,,,colors ,,,interior choices arn't the best ,,,,at least change wheels and different color choices

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

The car over all is good, but the technology package is terrible! It is inconsistent connecting to iPhone, can’t use push button or voice feature for calling without manually pulling up number from phone, difficulty switching between Sirus XM and apple play. No touch screen and cumbersome to use. Also, may be petty, but for the price the 2019 should have power mirrors. Wish I had shopped other luxury makes before purchasing.

I did not know anything about Auto Lenders until I found a vehicle online that interested me. It was at the Palm Harbor, Florida location. I made an appointment to see the vehicle and immediately received an email welcoming me, directions to the location and a short list of items to bring with me. This was very helpful. Upon arriving at Auto Lenders, I was immediately greeted and escorted inside to meet my salesman, Juan. The first thing that he talked about was a thorough explanation of Auto Lenders, including where and how they acquired their inventory, their requirements for cars in their inventory and who they are. Very helpful. We then inspected the car I had seen online and took it for a test drive. The car was exactly as advertised. Beautiful condition inside and out. The rest of the process was very easy. The Sales Manager, Blake came to us and chatted offering his help in any way. We met Service personnel who offered our first oil change at no charge and every fourth oil change at no charge. The final step was signing paperwork and finance. This was extremely efficient and complete. This was overall the best car buying experience I have ever experienced. We have already shared this positive experience with friends.

Style, performance and reliability are great, but the tinny sound on the left front door when closing and outdated dash diminishes the car . This is my 3 rd Lexus. I bought this my current ES 350 F used from a dealer during its current model year.

Stopped in with an invite for a trade-in of my ATS. Paul Dowman was very pleasant and informative. We couldn't come to an agreement on the trade-in value of my ATS as it had been in an accident involving the air bags. While in great condition in my opinion, the air bag incident was a deal breaker. Everyone tried, but I decided to keep the car, as it's running fine. Will head back to Dimmitt when ready for my next Caddy.

The screeching sound when the electronic parking brake is activated is very annoying. Hopefully engineers can fix this issue. Several other newer Lexus models also make the noise.

Coming out of a 2013 GS350 there are things that are better and not as good. The seat in the GS350 was way more comfortable. The GS350 was rear wheel drive and handled a lot better than the ES350. Not impressed with the ES350 and the 8 speed transmission either. I comes out of overdrive and downshifts just going over small bridges. The ride is about the same.

I had a wonderful purchasing experience at Lexus of Clearwater. I wound up with Jason as my sales associate and walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. I was interested in the RX 450h+, and lucky for me there was only one on the lot. I spoke with Jason about what I was looking for in a car, and he worked hard to discuss different options for me that would save me money, but I was pretty intent on this model. I had informed him we were still shopping around at other dealerships, and he made no efforts to push extra hard to get us to commit that day, but rather ensured that we felt our best interests were at heart. He advised me to do some research and compare the lifespan of different vehicles. He texted me after leaving to check in, but nothing felt overwhelming. I texted him in the morning asking about a different model (NX f sport hybrid) and we test drove it when I arrived at the dealership. I wound up solidified with the Lexus, even after having driven a BMW x50e m sport the day prior. I love my new car and I'm extremely satisfied with Jason's service.

My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Purchased my 2021 350 Lexus sedan and this car has met all my expectations. It is very comfortable, quite extremely extremely stylish. Great fuel economy for a luxury car. Safety features on this vehicle are amazing and as a result Insurance cost is very low for a luxury vehicle. So far has just been a great car all around!
