From the time i called and talked to Justin in parts then my service advisor Chris and the nice gentleman who greeted me named Alan; everything with my experience was fabulous. Chris kept me informed, called me back many times to answer my questions, kept me informed all day.long on the status of the repairs. CHRIS IS EXCELLENT and Justin was most helpful too. I had given up on working with a lexus service dept after so many bad experiences at lexus of tampabay. Now I had a reason to keep visiting lexus for my services.

Great performance and enjoyable driving sedan. Lexus has definitely got it right. I have owned several Lexus sedans and this is my favorite from the stand point of affordability, performance, and space for all our needs.
I came here with a set price I wanted to pay for a vehicle and Pedro and Gustavo did their best in order to make that happen. I had a great experience and got exactly what I came in for.

What's there not to like, soft ride, good acceleration and braking, fit and finish is second to none, mechanically similar to Avalon, easy and cheap to get it fixed if needed. Uses regular unleaded which is big plus. One of the best warranties out there although I doubt you'll be needing it, very reliable.
What an amazing experience. No one pressures you into anything. Pedro helped me every step of the way. I Would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a car, he will make sure you get everything you want!

i bought this car brand new and have really met all my expectations. The only thing is that Lexus are proud of their vehicles that is why you pay for the price. I traded this in now for a Lexus GX460. Once you have own a Lexus, you will never buy other vehicles.
The three years we have been using your service has only been outstanding. Eric is on top of everything. The value very surprising. Your tire price was the best by a lot.

I absolutely love everything about my car and my whole purchase experience. The salesman Alex Robles made it so easy for me to get the car I wanted and at a great price. I cannot complain. I will be back again when I need a new car.
Sales agent didn't reveal some flaws with this vehicle. AutoNation didn't communicate very well between locations.

This cars meets all my needs and expectations. Drove it home from Florida and enjoyed every minute of the ride home. Good on gas, smooth ride and all the features are great. Has the power and more for my needs. Very pretty and stylish. Great preforming car.
Wanted a very specific new ES 350 F Sport in white with circuit red interior with select options. Esther Ortiz, my sales consultant, worked very hard to make sure we found the right car and made the right deal. She is extremely professional and trustworthy. Would do business with her and Lexus of Tampa again. The ES 350 F Sport exceeds my expectations.

Great, modern designed car for the money. Good on gas - 26 m/g , well handling. similar in driving experience to Mercedes than BMW. Not a sporty car.
Newton was great throughout the process from initial contact to going over all the features of the new car.

Very smooth ride with a very quiet interior. Reliable, looks great and uses regular gasoline. This is the best luxury value and Lexus has outstanding customer service not to mention the car has all the safety features and the Mark Levinson Surround Sound is awesome!
We didn’t like the total inability to negotiate the price of the car, nor the dealer add on fees. We left without our car manuals. Our salesman, John Taliaferro kept assuring me he was sending them to me. I would get a couple and the nothing. He kept telling me he was sending the last one, even sending his own copy! No manual ever came. So, make sure you leave with everything because once you walk out that door, nobody really cares if you ever get what’s missing. You will play “the check is in the mail “ game until you tire of it and order the manual online.
The service at this facility is excellent. My representative explained all of the work that needed to be addressed and kept me apprised of the progress.
Couple of disappointments

This is my 5th Lexus ES (2018 ES 350). Excellent car. Never had a problem with any of them. However I do have some gripes. They are management related, not a fault of the car. For the 1st year, I was able to use the remote cellphone app which enabled me to check my car's location, start the car remotely, etc. After the 1st year the remote app stopped working & I was told I could pay a monthly fee to reactivate it. This rubs me the wrong way. That app should be included for as long as the 1st owner has the car. The other gripe I have is the remote start would work from the key fob by pressing a specific key sequence. That also stopped working after the 1st year. Even when it did work, the car would shut off as soon as you opened a door. That doesn't make sense. The problem this causes is that I have a one-car garage. I keep the Lexus in the garage so it is not a huge issue. However my wife has a Lincoln SUV which we keep parked outside. We live in PA where winters can be cold. My wife uses the remote starter all the time. She will be trading her car in next year & I suggested she get a Lexus SUV. She said absolutely not because she can't live without the remote starter Especially one that turns off when you open a door. Most definitely a LOST SALE.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I would not buy it again. The new Fords as well as the BMW's and other ares are more focused on innovation and user needs. Even Lexus Navigation maps are very out of date and they refuse to use Google as a source.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I have now purchased two vehicles through this dealership (formally known as Kuhn Honda) and have had only good experiences. The people have been friendly and non aggressive. They are accommodating and seem to care about what you have to say. My salesman this time was a young man named Zach Walters who was kind and genuine. He did not push me in anyway and instead, ???fought??? for a better price to help me out. I did not get a chance to review him through the dealership due to an email mix up but I would give him 10/10 on every category. This Honda dealership has been great and I will continue to do business with them.
