I went to this dealership via a recommendation, they will not disappoint. Friendly and very accommodating, needed my truck checked out. I had a problem with a battery that triple A installed, I asked they send a triple A person to this garage while I was there. Triple A guy was rude and irritated that he had to come, did not have a replacement battery anyway. Omar patiently put up with this obnoxious triple A guy and was more than helpful on more than one visit. Service is everything no matter how big or small the job, these guys are five stars plus. If you are looking for top notch service and people who genuinely care about your needs , then look no further. Highly recommend, thank you.

I have owned many vehicles in the past. I have always worked for dealerships or car industry. The Lexus vehicles has always shown me the best return on value. Depreciation is the lowest compared to other vehicles and the repairs are rare. The drive feels like a quality car. You can?t compare it to anything else other than competitive luxury vehicles in which case they feel similar. But the repairs won?t conpare. I e had 3 Lexus vehicles, jaguars, bmw, and Mercedes. Lexus IS by far my best recommendation for all around value.

Although smaller than I’m used to and weird placement of aux ports; I am happy to have purchased this gem. 2011 model with only 23,500 miles. It has some nice features (sunroof, heated leather seats etc) for an older car and would recommend for someone needing a quality used car.

I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram CV Tradesman from Motortime Auto Sales and had a great experience. Motortime had a great selection of white commercial vans and I choose the Tradesman because it is the perfect size for my small cleaning business. Ben (owner) assisted me with the entire purchase experience. Ben was very professional and knowledgeable on the van’s features and functionality. I asked him if he was negotiable on the price and he offered to reduce the price by about $500.00. The reduced price was fair and in alignment with Kelly Blue Book and what other dealers were asking for similar vehicles. The best part was that when I informed Ben I was in Indiana and would need to arrange for someone else to drive to Ohio to pick up the van, Ben asked where I was located and then offered to personally drive the vehicle to me over that coming weekend. He had a mother’s day function to go to in Indiana. Ben coordinated all the paperwork quickly for the sale and transfer of the title. It was an absolute breeze working with Ben and he made this purchase a pleasant experience. Well, I don’t know who gives this place a bad review! Michelle was A W E S O M E!!! She was funny and personable and engaging and knowledgeable and informative and helpful and fun!!! She explained everything in detail and the car I probe 2 hours to see was exactly as Fadi (initial salesman) described! I’m in love with this Mustang! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car from them again. I went to Echo Park the week before and the car was trashed. They also had ridiculous fees that you couldn’t opt out of. This was by FAR a better buying experience. 5 stars? More like 10 stars!! A+++
