2014 Lexus IS 250C review
This is my first convertible and I love everything about it! The only downside is that Lexus doesn't make it anymore so I can't buy a new one. So I intend to hold on to this one as long as I can.

2014 Lexus IS 250C review
I am satisfied with my decision to buy a Lexus vs a porsche. Japanese commitment to quality control and bright red leather seats were the sales points for me. 1 odd thing tho, with this 2014 IS250C, I am confused whether this is a 2nd or 3rd gen. You'd think that the year of manufacturing would determine which was what, but the convertible seems to have been the exception and all IS-C's are 2nd generation.

We purchased a new 2025 Lexus GX550 on May 24, 2025 from Pohanka Lexus. Our experience with our sales consultant Maren Reynolds was excellent. We had been trying to purchase a GX550 since the 2025 models were released. We had been working with three Lexus dealers to get the vehicle we wanted and Maren was the only sales person to keep in contact and supply updates as to when the color and interior we specified would possibly be available. There are bargains to be found in the branded title marketplace, if you find a dealer that is trustworthy and expert at finding and repairing vehicles with slight and often inconsequential damage. I found Anton at PAKK Automotive to be all of that and more. He was always accessible and patient in answering my many questions. He drove over an hour both ways to pick me up from the airport, and I found we had a lot in common with faith and family values. He went the extra mile by getting me registered for tax credits for the pre-owned plug-in electric Toyota that I purchased. (I saved thousands on a like-new vehicle that is very hard to find). 2015 Lexus IS 250C review
I searched for this exact year, make, model and color combo for a couple of years. I had to have a convertible hardtop (because of my lack of garage space) with a light interior and a red exterior. Lexus was my first choice, Infinity was my second. Once I test drove the Lexus, I knew there would be no other car for me. While it isn't particularly powerful, it does have enough get-up to get out of its own way. The seats are very plush and comfy, the power roof opens and closes very quickly, the steering is very tight and responsive, it feels like a sports car. For me, it was the perfect balance of luxury and class, with a bit of unexpected sass. I love nothing more than dropping the top and taking the long way home along the coast.

2013 Lexus IS 250C review
This car is the convertible built for us. The hard top convertible is what we wanted. The reliability of a Lexus was number 1 though. The top opens and closes faster than the Infiniti convertible (or at least in 2013). Plus more trunk room. It is economical on gas and has enough power for me (I don't race, lol)

2011 Lexus IS 250C review
I saw where some on complained about a top rattle. This is a no brainer Super Easy fix if needed. Open the top about half way, and you’ll see 6 hooks that hold the top in place. Wrap each hook on the bottom flat part with Duct tape and your top will never make a sound again. The notion that you have to have the top adjusted every few years is A Big loaf of Bologna! No truth to that at all. They keep taking this guy for a pocket full every time they see him coming!

2014 Lexus IS 250C review
I'm 6 foot 4 inches and I have to say...I fit well in this IS250C and comfortably. It handles corners super well and has pick up when needed. The outer body is very sporty and with my add on's such as sport spoiler, and new LED headlights, and side trims, this car looks super sporty. The interior is nice and i upgraded it so now it looks as modern as most new lexus cars. A must buy even today.
