2011 Lexus IS 250C review
I saw where some on complained about a top rattle. This is a no brainer Super Easy fix if needed. Open the top about half way, and you’ll see 6 hooks that hold the top in place. Wrap each hook on the bottom flat part with Duct tape and your top will never make a sound again. The notion that you have to have the top adjusted every few years is A Big loaf of Bologna! No truth to that at all. They keep taking this guy for a pocket full every time they see him coming!

I had my car picked up at my home and returned. Everything was fine?the only concern I had was trying to get my account credited for a few items. It eventually got resolved after I got involved.

Chris was truly a professional about everything and communicated clearly with me at every step of the transaction. On top of that, he was courteous and patient with me and a few of the document issues that arose on my end. I would highly recommend anyone to come in and see Chris. He will take great care of you and your auto-buying or selling needs.

Huge thank you to Julien and Isaac at APX Auto Brokers! From start to finish, they made the car buying experience seamless. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made sure I left with a vehicle that checked every box. I really appreciate the extra care they put into making sure everything was perfect. Couldn't be happier!
2013 Lexus IS 250C review
This particular model is black with a red leather interior. The hardtop convertible works quietly, smoothly and quickly . With the top up interior noise is at a minimum. This vehicle has memory seats on both front seats which is very convenient. Getting into the back seat is made easier by a powered seat that comes forward to let the rear passenger get into the back easier. Rear leg room is at a premium so put your tall passenger up front! It comes with a navigation system. Push button ignition. The car came with a remainder of factory warranty. The car delivers a great ride on the road and is fun to drive.

John at Drum Hill is the best buying experience I have had in years. He is very professional, his office manager is very responsive to her customers. They shipped my Mini Cooper to Maryland thru the snow. My Wife has since taken it from me. Their prices are very fair and the vehicle was in excellent condition!! We are very happy with Them and will buy another car from them in the future and can count on a wonderful buying experience. From Massachusetts to Maryland with an understanding and honest dealership!!! Fantastic
2014 Lexus IS 250C review
I'm 6 foot 4 inches and I have to say...I fit well in this IS250C and comfortably. It handles corners super well and has pick up when needed. The outer body is very sporty and with my add on's such as sport spoiler, and new LED headlights, and side trims, this car looks super sporty. The interior is nice and i upgraded it so now it looks as modern as most new lexus cars. A must buy even today.

Multi Autos review
Ali and his staff at Multi Autos are easy to deal with, they have a great staff from the receptionist to his porter they are all very friendly. Ali had a very good price on a 2014 Camaro with low miles, they also gave me a fair trade value for my 2012 Camaro. The paper work was quick and easy. Ali even gave me a 30 day warranty at no charge! They have a wide variety of vehicles on hand. Keep in mind that they are a used car dealer and you’ll need to do your own inspection. When the prices are this fair you have to be reasonable on your purchase and condition. I would highly recommend Multi Autos. Best regards, John

Affinity Auto Sales review
Quality Inventory here! Went to several used car lots and Affinity had the best vehicles by far. Sales manager and our salesman Milton were great in finding us a great interest rate to help keep our payments down. Only disappointment is purchase price was $500 more than we discussed to close deal and Doc fees were more than usual. Recommended but be sure to confirm pricing at signing.
2013 Lexus IS 250C review
This car is the convertible built for us. The hard top convertible is what we wanted. The reliability of a Lexus was number 1 though. The top opens and closes faster than the Infiniti convertible (or at least in 2013). Plus more trunk room. It is economical on gas and has enough power for me (I don't race, lol)

MemberCar review
I have been buying cars for more than 15 years, and my experience with Robert and David was easily one of the best I have ever had. What stood out most was how fast and efficient the entire process was. From the first conversation through the paperwork and driving the car off the lot, everything moved quickly without ever feeling rushed or cutting corners. Robert and David were prepared, responsive, transparent, and respectful of my time. At no point did I feel like I was simply part of a transaction. The experience was professional, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable, with a clear focus on making sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. I have purchased and shopped with some of the most recognized luxury brands, including Ferrari, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz. Those experiences set a high bar, yet none matched the combination of speed, attention, transparency, and professionalism Robert and David delivered. Buying a car can easily turn into an all-day, stressful process. They made it fast, straightforward, and an absolute pleasure. Exceptional customer service is increasingly difficult to find, and this dealership truly stands apart. I would absolutely buy from Robert and David again and recommend them to anyone who values their time and wants a first-class buying experience.
2015 Lexus IS 250C review
Maybe I'm easy to please...but I doubt it. I bought this vehicle for my wife, and to be honest I tried driving it every chance I got. The hard top convertible is amazingly quiet, impressively functional (opened & closed in 7 seconds), and just all around amazing. I've never enjoyed driving a convrtible (road noise) until we purchased this vehicle. Great handling with the top up or down. Great product all around. We regret that we traded it in a couple of years ago. Should have kept it.

CarGet Motors review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing my Lexus RC350 F Sport from Carget Motors! From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism was top-notch, and the entire inventory was incredibly well-maintained. Finding the exact spec I wanted was a breeze, and the car was presented in pristine condition. A huge shoutout to Marino, who went above and beyond to make this deal happen. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the RC350 and took the time to walk me through all of its features without making me feel rushed. His customer service was exceptional, making the entire buying process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. What really set this experience apart was how transparent Marino and the rest of the team were throughout the entire transaction. There were no hidden fees, no sudden surprises, and no typical dealership games. They laid out all the numbers clearly from the very beginning, which gave me complete peace of mind before signing anything. I couldn't be happier with my new ride and the outstanding service I received. If you're looking for a hassle-free car buying experience with a team you can actually trust, I highly recommend visiting Carget Motors and asking for Marino. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle!

Zarvo MotorsReviews
Zarvo Motors review
I recently purchased a 2024 Mercedes-Benz E-Class from Zarvo Motors, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and entirely pressure-free. The facility was clean, well-organized, and featured an impressive selection of high-quality vehicles, which immediately gave me confidence that I was dealing with a top-tier establishment. A huge part of what made this experience so seamless was the outstanding service provided by Ali Zee. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the features of the E-Class with incredible expertise. Ali Zee was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the vehicle before moving forward, demonstrating a level of dedication that is rare to find in automotive sales. When it came time to discuss the financial aspects of the deal, Jason stepped in and made the process absolutely flawless. He handled the paperwork efficiently and took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me most was the fair negotiation process; Jason ensured I received a fantastic, highly competitive value for my trade-in vehicle, making the transition into my new Mercedes-Benz incredibly smooth and rewarding. Overall, Zarvo Motors has earned a lifelong customer thanks to the transparency, professionalism, and stellar customer service provided by Ali Zee and Jason. They transformed what is usually a stressful event into a truly celebratory milestone. If you are looking for a dealership that values integrity and treats its customers with respect, I highly recommend visiting the team at Zarvo Motors.

Lake Norman INFINITI review
Great job! I needed new fan belts and coolant. Tyler was my Service Consultant and very professional. The overall experience at Lake Norman Infiniti was excellent.
2015 Lexus IS 250C review
I searched for this exact year, make, model and color combo for a couple of years. I had to have a convertible hardtop (because of my lack of garage space) with a light interior and a red exterior. Lexus was my first choice, Infinity was my second. Once I test drove the Lexus, I knew there would be no other car for me. While it isn't particularly powerful, it does have enough get-up to get out of its own way. The seats are very plush and comfy, the power roof opens and closes very quickly, the steering is very tight and responsive, it feels like a sports car. For me, it was the perfect balance of luxury and class, with a bit of unexpected sass. I love nothing more than dropping the top and taking the long way home along the coast.

Northside Lexus review
Josh is the best. His level and understanding of customer service amplifies ones experience and adds to the company's bottom line. Josh's care, transparency, patience, and knowledge is the sole reason why I purchased my vehicle from Northside Lexus.
2014 Lexus IS 250C review
I am satisfied with my decision to buy a Lexus vs a porsche. Japanese commitment to quality control and bright red leather seats were the sales points for me. 1 odd thing tho, with this 2014 IS250C, I am confused whether this is a 2nd or 3rd gen. You'd think that the year of manufacturing would determine which was what, but the convertible seems to have been the exception and all IS-C's are 2nd generation.

Love this car! It’s defiantly luxury and has everything you would want or need in a car. It’s comfortable, drives well and very reliable. It will be a car you can use for a long time.

Sexy lines when hood us up. Quiet interior when hard TOP is down. Reliability. Ageless tech and still trendy. I have owned Bmw, Merc, and and Mazda. Lexus tops. Transmission is silky smooth.

Auto Group of LouisvilleReviews
Auto Group of Louisville review
I purchased a 2018 BMW 650i Gran Coupe sight-unseen from the dealership. My sales consultant Jacob Rymond made the process an stress-free one. Jacob went out of his way to send me photos and videos of the car. He even FaceTimed with me and did a full walk around so I could see every inch of the car. He went above and beyond to complete the contract, coordinate shipping and process the DMV paperwork. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership and specifically Jacob Rymond. Thank you for everything!
