Overall very nice people and efficient service. 1 suggestion: you need more signage. Coming in from the Plum Grove entrance I made a good guess that the service bays were on the west end of your campus and just happened to guess correctly. Some signage at the entry points would be most helpful. Also, when I came to pick up my car, I came to the same spot I dropped it off and stood there for a few minutes before a nice person behind the desk (it's hard making eye contact since screens are set high on the desk and block all staff members faces) took pity on me and asked if I was there to pick up my car. He then kindly pointed me to the waiting room door and told me to go left, then walk a bit,and then look for the cashier's sign on the left. The waiting area is lovely but a few signs would be helpful to guide people where they need to go. And perhaps a tip at drop off time that the pick-up point is with the cashier. Just some thoughts.

Love this car! It’s defiantly luxury and has everything you would want or need in a car. It’s comfortable, drives well and very reliable. It will be a car you can use for a long time.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a certified pre-owned 2021 Lexus ES 350, and I can honestly say that this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I initially reached out to my awesome service advisor, Deven Roman, and explained that I needed to purchase another Lexus as soon as possible. Deven connected me with Johnny Millaway, and Johnny reached out to me almost immediately to get the process started. Johnny looked into a couple of vehicles that I was considering and invited me to the dealership to take a closer look and test drive them. When I arrived, he had already pulled the cars around front and had them lined up and ready for me. I really appreciated that because it showed me that he had taken the time to prepare before I even got there. After the test drives, I decided which vehicle I wanted, and Johnny handled everything from there. I came back two days later to purchase the car, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Johnny was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made the experience very easy. From beginning the purchase to completing all of the paperwork, everything took about an hour. Sami Keraa handled the finance portion of the transaction, and he was also great to work with. The finance office is usually my least favorite part of buying a car because of the pressure that can sometimes come with purchasing add-ons. Sami was not like that at all. He was extremely pleasant, listened to what I wanted, and made sure I got exactly what I was interested in without making me feel pressured into anything else. I have bought quite a few cars over the years, and I can genuinely say that this was my best car-buying experience ever. 2015 Lexus IS 250C review
Maybe I'm easy to please...but I doubt it. I bought this vehicle for my wife, and to be honest I tried driving it every chance I got. The hard top convertible is amazingly quiet, impressively functional (opened & closed in 7 seconds), and just all around amazing. I've never enjoyed driving a convrtible (road noise) until we purchased this vehicle. Great handling with the top up or down. Great product all around. We regret that we traded it in a couple of years ago. Should have kept it.

2014 Lexus IS 250C review
I am satisfied with my decision to buy a Lexus vs a porsche. Japanese commitment to quality control and bright red leather seats were the sales points for me. 1 odd thing tho, with this 2014 IS250C, I am confused whether this is a 2nd or 3rd gen. You'd think that the year of manufacturing would determine which was what, but the convertible seems to have been the exception and all IS-C's are 2nd generation.

2014 Lexus IS 250C review
I'm 6 foot 4 inches and I have to say...I fit well in this IS250C and comfortably. It handles corners super well and has pick up when needed. The outer body is very sporty and with my add on's such as sport spoiler, and new LED headlights, and side trims, this car looks super sporty. The interior is nice and i upgraded it so now it looks as modern as most new lexus cars. A must buy even today.

Handles well and looks great! Retractable hard top is wonderful. Lives up to Lexus reputation. Top goes up and down like a transformer, with a touch of a button. She's a beautiful machine with all the modern technology that is wanted today.

2011 Lexus IS 250C review
I saw where some on complained about a top rattle. This is a no brainer Super Easy fix if needed. Open the top about half way, and you’ll see 6 hooks that hold the top in place. Wrap each hook on the bottom flat part with Duct tape and your top will never make a sound again. The notion that you have to have the top adjusted every few years is A Big loaf of Bologna! No truth to that at all. They keep taking this guy for a pocket full every time they see him coming!

2015 Lexus IS 250C review
I searched for this exact year, make, model and color combo for a couple of years. I had to have a convertible hardtop (because of my lack of garage space) with a light interior and a red exterior. Lexus was my first choice, Infinity was my second. Once I test drove the Lexus, I knew there would be no other car for me. While it isn't particularly powerful, it does have enough get-up to get out of its own way. The seats are very plush and comfy, the power roof opens and closes very quickly, the steering is very tight and responsive, it feels like a sports car. For me, it was the perfect balance of luxury and class, with a bit of unexpected sass. I love nothing more than dropping the top and taking the long way home along the coast.

This is my first convertible and I love everything about it! The only downside is that Lexus doesn't make it anymore so I can't buy a new one. So I intend to hold on to this one as long as I can.

2013 Lexus IS 250C review
This particular model is black with a red leather interior. The hardtop convertible works quietly, smoothly and quickly . With the top up interior noise is at a minimum. This vehicle has memory seats on both front seats which is very convenient. Getting into the back seat is made easier by a powered seat that comes forward to let the rear passenger get into the back easier. Rear leg room is at a premium so put your tall passenger up front! It comes with a navigation system. Push button ignition. The car came with a remainder of factory warranty. The car delivers a great ride on the road and is fun to drive.

2013 Lexus IS 250C review
This car is the convertible built for us. The hard top convertible is what we wanted. The reliability of a Lexus was number 1 though. The top opens and closes faster than the Infiniti convertible (or at least in 2013). Plus more trunk room. It is economical on gas and has enough power for me (I don't race, lol)

I just traded my 2009 RAV4 for a 2010 Lexus IS250C and love it. I am 80 years old, have not had a convertible for many years. Decided to enjoy my life with a fun car. Car runs great. Got the Matagor Red with alabaster interior. Love it😃!!!
