Christian Martinez, in particular, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and professional from start to finish. Most importantly, he treated us with genuine respect and made us feel like valued customers, something that was completely missing at the Wilmington, DE dealership. What really set this experience apart was the level of care. Christian actually brought his manager out to speak with us not once, but twice, to help make sure we were selecting the right car. There was no pressure, no games, just a real effort to understand what we wanted and ensure we felt confident in our decision. That kind of approach speaks volumes. It is true customer care, and it is first class. This was our first Mercedes purchase, and it easily could have been our last if not for this experience. Instead, it is safe to say it will not be our last. The car was for my wife, but I already know exactly where I will be going when it is my turn in a few years. If you are deciding between dealerships, save yourself the frustration and come here first.
2022 Lexus IS 350 review
Fun to drive. Handles very well. The only draw back I have is the use of premium gas especially at these high gas prices. Overall good.

2023 Lexus IS 350 review
I’ve had the IS 300 Lexus for three years since 2020 and recently leased the new 2023 FSport IS 350 model from Tri County Lexus in NJ. The car is amazing, decent on gas for a sport car, and performs exquisitely. The newer version has even better safety and electronic features and the seats are surprisingly more comfortable, a perk I wasn’t expecting. The drive is soooo smoothe and it’s stunning on the road. Atomic silver/ red interior/ black trim/ chrome wheels. The service at Tri county is always top notch from the sales reps to the finance assistants. Friendly, helpful and really give a family feel. No complaints 3 years and counting! If you’re thinking about it, Go for it!

2024 Lexus IS 350 review
The 2024 Lexus is350 is an absolute pleasure to drive with it's NA V6 engine. Exterior styling is eye-catching with its sleek lines . Some say the interior is dated, but I absolutely love it for its classic look and gauge clusters. The 8-inch is a touchscreen, and there is a track pad you can use, but I hardly mess with it. There are a lot of safety features as well such as lane departure assist, backup camera, and blindspot monitoring.
