After being in accident over the summer I purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento. Unfortunately less than a month after purchase the engine blew. Any other dealer would have shrugged their shoulders and left me to my own devices. Chris and his team at Southern Motors not only went to bat for me with the warranty people but HE PURCHASED A NEW ENGINE FOR MY CAR AT NO COST TO ME. They even gave me a loaner car to drive while the engine was being placed. This could have been a tragic situation for me. I used all the money I had left to get this car. Southern Motors has definitely earned a life long customer in me. No other dealership would have gone above and beyond the way Chris and his crew did. 2004 Lexus LS 430 review
My dad owned this vehicle for a few months before getting an SUV, he later said that he regretted his decision because that was probably the best vehicle he's ever owned and driven. I got to drive it many times and I can tell you from experience, for being this old it has many many features and its reliability deserves a chef's kiss because Lexus definitely knew what they were doing when manufacturing this vehicle.
