⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ask for Q — You Won’t Regret It! From the moment I pulled into Autos of Dallas Plano, I somehow knew Quinten, aka Q, was going to be my salesperson. 😂 His personality was immediately down-to-earth and familiar—like talking to somebody in the family instead of a car salesman. Within just a few minutes of conversation, I realized Q was going to be honest, fair, respectful, and trustworthy. I genuinely felt like he wasn’t going to put me in a vehicle that he wouldn’t feel comfortable putting one of his own family members in, and that meant a lot to me. At one point, Q received a call from his son’s school and immediately went into Daddy Mode. I respected that more than he probably realized because family comes first. It also told me something about his character outside of simply trying to make a sale. Most importantly, Q kept his word. From beginning to end, he made the process comfortable, straightforward and memorable—and I had my keys in less than 24 hours! 🚙🔑 I saw some of the less-than-favorable reviews about this dealership before purchasing, so I want to be very clear: my review is as real as it gets. I can only speak about my transaction and my experience with Q, but Autos of Dallas should be proud to have him on their team. He is the total opposite of the stereotypical car salesperson. Character, integrity, honesty and respect still matter, and Q demonstrated all of them throughout my transaction. I also have to shout out Justin in Finance! Another proud family man, easy to talk to, and his office is a whole ZEN VIBE! 😂 Even the finance portion of the process felt relaxed instead of stressful or pressured. Q, thank you again for making a major purchase feel personal rather than transactional. The facility is very nice and the atmosphere is definitely low pressure. The prices are on the high side for new cars, which they justify by saying the cars are thoroughly inspected prior to being sold. The prices are set - no haggling. My only problem with them is they seriously lowballed us on our trade in - I was expecting an offer that would let them make a profit on our trade in, but they were at least four thousand under a conservative Blue Book trade in value. I may go back if I sell my car on my own, but I won't be bringing in a trade.

I was very nervous before buying the car since I was purchasing it from another state. It was important for me to know that the car was in great condition because I was planning to drive it all the way to Los Angeles. Everything went flawlessly! Manager Gary Wiley Jr. did an outstanding job and handled everything perfectly. He provided all the necessary information and photos immediately upon request. All existing scratches and imperfections on the car were honestly shown to me right away with detailed pictures. He also picked me up from the airport and even stopped by Starbucks on the way, which I really appreciated. The entire transaction was completely transparent, which made the experience even better. She put in the extra effort to advocate on our behalf and get a special request in to Lexus, where she successfully secured this unicorn for us. We are absolutely thrilled. It's the most beautifully designed and engineered car we've ever seen, and we're thrilled with it. Katie's communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Everything was smooth and stress-free, in advance and on the day of delivery. She was so sweet that she sent a very thoughtful and awesome gift package so my wife had something to open at Christmas since the car did not arrive until January. Katie is the absolute best. She made us feel like family, as did the sales finance manager Brian Arnold, who took time to have a sincere personal conversation with us and answer any questions we had. Complete honesty and transparency at every point in the purchase process. Top shelf experience. We bought our first Lexus from Sewell Lexus of Dallas 20 years ago, and will continue to be loyal customers. It is because of their clear commitment to providing their guests with consistently great experiences with sales consultants, managers, and service advisors. This dealership is in a class by themselves.
2025 Lexus NX 250 review
downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.
