Lexus of Wesley ChapelReviews
Lexus of Wesley Chapel review
I truly never write reviews, but I felt that my experience at Lexus of Wesley Chapel was worth sharing. I had the privilege of working with several of their employees on the purchase of my new Lexus TX. Isaac right off the bat was an absolute angel to work with. We came into the dealership around 5pm when he was getting ready to go home. Not only did he stay late to help us, but truly worked so hard to help us get the best deal. He is absolutely the most caring and compassionate sales person I have ever come across. He cares about building a relationship with the customer so that they will return. It explains why he has so many repeat customers. The sales manager Rex is also amazing to work with. He worked late into the evening to help us get the best deal right around where we wanted to be. And lastly, I also have to rave about the finance manager Travis. He answered every question we had and made sure we were completely covered on all bases. I have never had such a positive car buying experience. I was hesitant to switch from Mercedes of Tampa to Lexus of Wesley Chapel, but am absolutely glad I did. I will be a customer of Isaac’s and Lexus of Wesley Chapel for life! An overall great experience not to mention all of the amenities you have access to after becoming a customer!

Lexus of Tampa Bay review
The entire purchase process was easy and free from surprises. We had all the details (to include the price) worked out via text and phone. All we had to do was go into the dealership and complete the paperwork! The new car was already waiting in the delivery bay washed and shiny. The Lexus ES 350h is an elegant vehicle. We highly recommend checking out Lexus of Tampa Bay, Edwin (the salesperson) and this amazing Lexus model. There is a white one available!

I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!

Our sales rep Ezrahel is exceptional. Fantastic customer service throughout the pre and post sales process. This makes their service well rounded from the beginning and throughout the Lexus experience. Thank you!
2026 Lexus NX 350h review
My first Lexus ever ,the car I traded in towards this NX350h Luxury model was a 2023 Toyota Venza Limited hybrid .Loved the car and the MPG on the Venza was top notch incredible in town mpg better than expected thus the reason I purchased the NX350h was hoping the hybrid MPG would be close to the MPG I got with the Venza.Have only 650 miles on it thus far and it’s doing extremely well with the MPG as well .Love the car and find it quieter and more comfortable and slightly more responsive than my 2023 Venza .Thus far My rating would be 10 Love The Car as much I was hoping I would .

Lexus of Tampa Bay review
My sales rep Ryan Burton was very patient since he had been working with me since June. I had been an Infiniti owner for the last three decades. Ryan sold me on the TX. Everyone in this dealership was great to work with. Enjoyed the GM Newton.
2026 Lexus NX 350h review
I’ve had my 2026 Lexus NX 350h AWD Premium for about three weeks and nearly 2,000 miles, and I love it so far. The ride is smooth and quiet, the interior is packed with modern tech, and everything feels well thought out and solid. I’m getting the advertised MPG, which was a big reason I chose the hybrid, and it’s been consistent in real-world driving. On top of that, the design is beautiful inside and out. It feels like a perfect balance of comfort, efficiency, and luxury.

Our salesman Nick was amazing! He honored his word and gave us great savings and made us feel valued!
2026 Lexus NX 350h review
I bought the 2026 Lexus NX350h and I've got over 1,000 miles already. Why? Because I love driving this vehicle. It is fantastic on fuel, (regular gasoline). The ride is quite nice for an SUV and acceleration is more than adequate. I love the look of the NX350h. It looks very classic! The interior is exactly what meets my high standards. I really like this Lexus. It's not too big or small and it fits into my garage easily. I highly recommend it.

CarMax Charleston review
My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! That is the way Car Buying should be! Thanks Guys for all you help and hard work! Chris G.

Lexus of ClearwaterReviews
Lexus of Clearwater review
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Lexus of Clearwater. My visit was not what I expected, so I replied to their survey the following day. My concern had to do with the service representative and not the service to my vehicle. A few days later, I received a call from their customer service representative who was very apologetic and explained that my issue was addressed should not occur again. As a Lexus customer I was very pleased and impressed by the immediate actions taken by their customer service representative. No one is perfect and know people have bad days, regardless I was very satisfied how Lexus handled my issue. I respect the fact that they dealt with this concern in a professional manner. That is why I love Lexus.
