We were always on the defense waiting to hear their exaggerations or just straight up lies, being told one price only to be slapped with a way higher price and worst of all aggressive pushing of the car when it wasn't a good fit. At Jim Falk Lexus my family and I experienced just the opposite. It was the smoothest, most relaxing experience I and my family had with a dealership in my entire life. Amir Mahdi was a joy to be around, upfront and honest from start to finish and driving away in my brand new SUV. Every person we encountered there was upfront, genuine and friendly throughout the whole process. It was so refreshing to not be on edge when at the dealership. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! AREZU (AZ) is truly amazing! I've been having a very difficult time finding a GX 460 in a specific trim and color locally in the SF Bay Area. I found the one I've been looking for, only issue it was at BH Lexus, 400 miles away...turns out, not an issue at all!! AZ went above and beyond to earn my business and make it very easy. I filled out the credit application online at noon, AZ had the car delivered to me in San Francisco at 7pm! Talk about service! Talk about going above and beyond.. I have leased and financed a few cars in my life and I have to say how absolutely grateful and happy I am that I decided to go to Lexus Santa Monica to lease my new 2019 Lexus NX300H. From beginning to end it was the best experience I have ever had. I was helped by sales person Nima Behnia. He was very well informed about the vehicles I was test driving and answered all my questions, and boy did I hit him with a hundred questions. This was the quickest vehicle purchase ever. I think I was in and out within 3 hours. Finance dept was also great. took care of my contract quick and everything was straight forward. I didn't feel like there was any hidden anything. I’ve been buying cars for about 25 years, and I can honestly say I’ve always dreaded the dealership experience. The pressure, the back and forth, and that feeling of just wanting to get through the process and leave. This was my first Lexus, and I had no idea how different the experience could be. James was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process feel relaxed. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. He answered every question I had and made what is normally a stressful process actually enjoyable. He also went out of his way to help me, even getting me answers and information on his days off (sorry, James!). Whenever I had a question, he was incredibly quick to get back to me. That kind of care and attention really stood out. The rest of the sales department was just as wonderful. Everyone was understanding, easy to work with, and made the entire process feel simple. I went in buying my first Lexus. I left a Lexus mark for life. Thank you again to James and the entire team. James and Lin were great. Night and day difference between this dealership and another I had gone too. It was my first time buying a car and I had already had Earnhardt Toyota nearby rope a dope me around for 5 hours with bs. I went in and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. This is stress relieving as I am a college student that works full time. They had me in and out in less than 3hours and they were easy to work with, were very straightforward, and had very little bs to drag you around and keep you there forever. Overall, great experience buying my first car.
