I had a fantastic experience with Lexus of Palm Beach. I called the service department on a Thursday morning and they were able to fit me in the next morning. Niko was my service representative and he did an outstanding job with keeping me informed with the service performed on the car and what might be needed for the vehicle with future service appointments. I waited for the car at the dealership and really appreciated the large and open customer lounge area. The lounge also has a refreshment bar with a great attendant, and I took advantage of having a couple of the delicious corn muffins baked right there behind the bar area. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how quickly I was in and out of the dealership considering how busy things were that morning. All staff are pleasant and helpful. Every detail of repairs is gone over, and they apply any service specials. I used to go to Ft. Piece Lexus dealership until they tried to sell me two tires [over$500] saying they were not repairable. I went to Atlantic Tire and was told there were no leaks or issues with the tire.
