I have recently bought my 2nd car from Mike. He is easy to work with and so is his staff. Both cars I purchased were like new and I drove my first care for 12 years! The RX 350 met all of my needs and more! Very comfortable and smooth drive. The RX makes it easy to navigate, call and listen to the radio without taking your eyes of the road.

Love the size, not too big but sits up higher. It is very comfortable and so awesome how the settings allow you to save your seat and steering wheel preferences. This is a beautiful vehicle, inside and out. I recommend something other than cream seats. They definitely do show wear more.
If you do your homework on the car you want and they have what you want, do it! The best part was, the car was delivered to me! I felt like a baller when the car showed up in my driveway. Customer service was amazing. Best part, no pressure. Just me and my laptop, looking at all the cars until I found what I wanted. Just do your homework on the vehicle, you can't go wrong!!!!! I made the right choice by purchasing this vehicle. I love all that this vehicle has to offer. I will stay with the Lexus family of vehicles
I had very specific requirements and Vroom was the only place that had what I wanted. They offered me blue book on the trade in and the purchase with no haggling. The car was as described. The lighting on their pictures was off so much I thought the interior was gray and not black. Luckily I'm fine with black. Customer service has been great. Delivery was fast. The car came with a white residue all over it, I guess the soap they use; I had to work hard to get it off. They delivered it to me in a public place with no gas. The fuel light was on. I wanted to drive around the parking lot and acclimate my self to the car but I felt immense time pressure to get to a gas station and as a result hit the road without even adjusting the mirrors. Kind of dangerous. Right now they are having a problem getting me the title almost two months after purchase; not sure if it's Vroom's fault but at least they are politely keeping me up to date and sending me a replacement drive-out tag since the first one is about to expire. As scary as it was buying a car online, I'd say overall it has gone well and I would recommend Vroom. Be aware that the contract forces you to give up your right to sue in court. You can opt out by sending a letter to Vroom's lawyers in New York.

This car is great for road trips or errands around town. It is just an easy car to drive. The controls are easy to access and the keyless entry makes getting in and out of the car a breeze.Very reliable so there is no need to worry about being stranded.
Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I went from an Audi A5 to a Rx350. I had my reservations, but I love the Rx. Very reliable and amazing comfort. It was worth the switch.
Found the van we wanted and filled out the paperwork and a week later I had a Honda Odyssey in my driveway. This is by far the easiest, hassle free way to buy a car. Eric Smith was phenomenal answering any questions I had and very accommodating during the entire process. I will never go to a traditional dealership to buy another car. I can not recommend vroom highly enough. Give it a try, you won???t be disappointed.

The FSport with the all wheel drive is a fun car. Additional suspension settings are great. Has all the safety equipment. Love it. The Lexus experience was excellent. Certified vehicle.
The purchase was simple and easy. I will purchase my next care from VROOM. I would highly recommend buying a car from VROOM. It took about an hours over the phone and VROOM kept you posted of everything happening in the delivery process. They took care of everything. Thanks.

We previously owned a 2004 and 2010 RX, Both were great, the '10 RX350 had 111K mi when we sold it, and looked/drove new. Absolutely no repairs since new. Purchased a '16 RX350 w/most options. $52K sticker. Bought it on the internet based on great past Lexus/Toyota experience. The car looked great, but drove terribly. Always hesitated from start, then took off like a rocket- almost impossible to accelerate slowly. Worst was constant groaning at idle and lower speed- slight vibration as well. Cruise control was worthless- even on lowest sensitivity setting it would slow down way too early, then do nothing for a few beats, then abruptly take off. Very jerky, and dangerous. Hands free tailgate never worked, nor did voice activated navigation- system never got what we said. Sold the car at a huge loss to CarMax. Would consider a '16+ RX450h hybrid- different engine and transmission- but I am disappointed in Lexus- our '16 RX350 was a real loser.
Chris stander was great to deal with during this whole,process. But eveyine I???ve dealt with has went the extra mile to make sure that I was more than satisfied with not only. With my vehicle but the precess as awhile. I will gladly recommend this,company to anyone looking for a vehicle.
The amenities are over the top.

The extra space compared to our 2009 model makes all the difference. The safety features that come standard are amazing. The fit and finish typify what you would expect in a Lexus.

Our experience with Vroom was better than expected. Our Pacifica Van was like new. The registration in California went smoothly (make an appointment with your local DMV in california) All title papers were in order as well as extended warranty information. My suggestion is know exactly what you want, know the market and you will not be disappointed. Vroom follows through

This car met all my needs. Only reason I traded was I needed depreciation for my business. The body style and ease of driving was amazing.
As a busy working Mom, Derek made this process perfect and within my schedule. He answered all my questions in a timely manner (even the silly questions). He made everything happen on my schedule and the signing and pick up of the vehicle only took 20 minutes! Great guy to work with! He even put my car seat in perfectly! Derek was fantastic! Everyone should have a car buying experience with him!

Very noisy on road and not enough leg room.
Quite surprised that this type of vehicle is so nosy on road (after the second set of tires) and that legroom is insufficient.
Wow. I am going to start off by saying that the people who work here are just genuinely good and honest people.
I was buying a new Jetta after returning my Jetta for the TDI settlement. As an out of town buyer I was originally nervous about driving 2 hours to a dealership with really low prices. Kristian roof made the out of town purchase very simple, and ensured me that they are reliable in their prices. The night before we were going to drive to get the car, we experienced a hiccup and was able to talk to the General Sales Manager, Wofford, at 10pm on a Friday night. He was available and quick to get back to us, and very accommodating. Buying the car the next morning could not have gone any smoother. There were NO surprise fees or problems purchasing the car. Kristian and Wofford were a pleasure to work with.
This brings me to Patrick, the finance manager. Patrick was great to work with the day I bought my car. One week later he was willing to talk to corporate about my TDI settlement problems. AND he spent 2 hours talking to my DMV when I returned home when they tried to overcharge me. This really shows that they care about their customers even after you buy the car.
The customer service at Vic Bailey VW cannot be matched. Their prices were the lowest in the area, combined with their honesty and amazing customer service, I cannot imagine buying a car from anyone else. I would suggest Vic Bailey to any out of town buyer! Thank you!!

This is the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. It is stylish, comfortable, and the gas mileage is great. It is so easy getting my grocery in and out. It is wonderful on long trips. The dealership also gives great service!
We have been customers of Lexus of Greenville for about 5 years now and have no plans to shop anywhere else. We have bought 3 Lexus automobiles from this dealership and had numerous service visits. The service is always top notch and we are always treated with great, friendly respect and as members of their family. I am short of superlatives to describe our relationship with Lexus of Greenville. Suffice to say we keep returning. The service associate this occasion was Russ Kelly, first class all the way. The check out was handled by Erica who was also outstanding.

Very comfortable!! Had planned on buying something else - a Ford SUV - until we test drove this little beauty. Love driving it. Good in town and on X-way.
The problem I had with getting my floor mats was resolved and I am very pleased with the quick response. The hold up was explained and it was not a problem on Lexus's end. Steve Burton was very professional and once I understood what had transpired I was satisfied. The floor mats are on the way!

Lexus quality is going downhill. This is a new car with abt 2000 miles many attempts to dealers and Lexus to repair the issue without success.
Their answer is that this is normal characteristic of this ca. We tested another similar rx350 with no such issue. Found out from lemon law lawyer that there is lawsuit against Lexus for similar issue.
