I was very impressed with the amount of people wanting to help or offering advice. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I called to talk to one of the salesmen about an important question, I was on hold for a very long time. I also never was able to reach anyone I had dealt with so I actually had to make an extra trip there to talk to the person(s) I was looking for. Other than that, it was a great experience all around. The car I purchased was a surprise gift for my wife and she is so thrilled about her new vehicle. The staff at this dealership helped make this happen without a hitch.
We recently bought a 2007 Lexus, at Lexus of Milwaukee, and worked with Jerry Lewis and Chris White. They were both fantastic!! We were so impressed with the professional and personable way we were treated. It was a very welcoming atmosphere and a no-pressure environment. All of our questions were patiently answered. We were shown the utmost care and respect throughout the entire process. Chris and Jerry and the Lexus staff made us feel like we were purchasing a brand-new vehicle! We have already recommended them to others and are very much enjoying our new-to-us Lexus!
Mike was very helpful and accommodating. As a salesmen myself I appreciated the effort to understand the type of vehicle I was looking for and he did what a good salesmen does. He finds the right fit, not the quickest sale. Mike put me in a 2019 RAM 1500 REBEL which was a car I never considered or thought I liked (after months of researching and testing cars) until he evaluated what my wants, uses and needs of a truck we???re. Nailed it. Got a great deal. Much more professional at Oconomowoc than the Franklin location too overall in all departments. Would recommend.
My first contact was with Samantha.It was the first time I had been in a Lexus dealership. I was from Minnesota shopping for a new car.From start to finish the process took 6-8 weeks. After a general overview I met John on another visit. We talked new 2018 LS 500 vs. ES350. Discussed some numbers and leasing versus outright purchase. I left convinced leasing would be right for me.Not being sure if the LS500 or ES350 would be my choice I sat in a new 2019 ES350 on the showroom floor on another visit....right exterior,interior,options.
