2021 Lexus RX 450h review
Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! Once again, as always, I still continue to receive exceptionally excellent expert customer service, and also, technical repair & maintenance service from (AutoNation Acura North Orlando in Sanford, FL) over the last 22 years for my Acura TL (2004) where I also bought my car. My service team lead manager, Jeff Morton, works very closely with his Master Mechanic Technicians to address & resolve all of the problems that I identify for my 22 year old car, and also, proactively identify & resolve any problems that I didn't know about before those problems can become even bigger (worse) & more expensive to repair. This is why my 22 year old car car still looks like new, drives like new, the gas mileage (MPG) is slightly better than when my car was new & my car's speed acceleration (0-60 MPH) is the same/better as when I purchased my car new. I really appreciate this kind of continued exceptionally excellent expert customer & technical service.
2018 Lexus RX 450h review
I purchased a 2018 Lexus RX 450h about 2 months ago. I've put around 5,000 Mi on it with no problems. It's been averaging around 30 miles to the gallonfor my city and highway driving around St Louis area. Car is very comfortable and easy to drive, actually feeling like it just drives itself for the most part. It's a fully loaded model with everything on it that I was looking for in a nice comfortable used vehicle.

I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!
2016 Lexus RX 450h review
I love everything about this car. It handles great. The layout of the dash is perfect. The gas mileage is outstanding. The hatch back is great for golf clubs, hiking gear and biking gear. There is plenty of room for anything.
