2020 Lexus RX 450h review
We have owned this car for about 14 months and it’s the best car we’ve ever owned. It is so quiet on the road. Lots of power too. So far it’s been reliable. Absolutely zero problems with it. Mileage is probably 26-30 mpg. I would definitely buy it again

Honda of Marysville - OH review
We were at the dealership this past Saturday for our first service on our Honda Pilot; Willis was our service advisor. From start to finish, Willis did an outstanding job for us, and we were very appreciative. He came out several times to keep us in the loop with the service, which was also outstanding. Lastly, I am appreciative of their Saturday service hours, which is a huge bonus during a busy work week. Thanks again!!

Lexus of Cerritos review
I recently brought in my Lexus GX to Lexus of Cerritos for brake service, and working with Amanda was an absolute pleasure! From start to finish, she provided truly exceptional 5-star customer service. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I got a fantastic deal on my brakes without compromising on quality or care. She was transparent, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. If you need your vehicle serviced, ask for Amanda?she is hands down the best Service Advisor here! I?ll definitely be returning to Lexus of Cerritos because of her.

Greg Moore was my sales rep and I wish I could buy all my cars from him. I never once felt pressured and he offered me valuable information that helped me make my decision. Matt Colvin, sales manager, and Joe Russoli, who did my closing, were also very laid back and helpful. The entire experience was fantastic and moved much quicker than any other time I've purchased a car. I highly recommend this dealership and would buy from them again.

I was looking for a van and I saw a nice one on the lot at Road ready I pulled onto the lot fell in love with the van. Mike the owner came up to me and we had a conversation we went into the office all they can tell you is Mike and his wife Diane made this transaction so easy. I would recommend anybody looking for a vehicle to go see them they couldn't have been easier and there's a lot of beautiful cars on that lot super clean🤙👌
2015 Lexus RX 450h review
I used to owna 2010 Lexus RX 350 and i recently a 2015 Lexus RX 450h with 134k miles on it and so far I LOVE IT !!!! what i like about the Lexus Hybrid is of course the fuel econ, leather seats, and its very comfortable. Im not a big tech guy and it was pretty easy to learn all of the tech features of the vehicle. My payment is a little more then the honda crv i owned but the fuel savings will make up for it and more ( it was no brainer to buy ). If you want a vehicle that will last a long time and wont get tired of it in a year, go ahead and take the plunge you wont regret it !!!

2021 Lexus RX 450h review
Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! USE A FLIGHT guidance replica or similar to Mercedes or Jeep. sincerelyi ken gorski, El Paso, Texas 79912

2013 Lexus RX 450h review
I just purchased this vehicle used, of course :)), love mostly everything about it. However the leather seats are cracked and the seats are not as plush as one would expect. I just got rid of my 2006 Lexus RX 400h and my seats were not cracked at all and severely comfortable, as if you were sitting on a leather couch. I read a lot of reviews about this model car and saw a few of them on various car lots before my purchase and my complaint about the cracked seats is experienced by many lexus rx 400h owners of my similar year. The quality of the leather is different than the previous models. Lexus definitely dropped the ball on this! One lady mentioned having her same year and model garage kept and even covered the seats with towels to prevent the sun from damaging the seats, however after 7 months of owning her car at the hefty price tag of $50k she is left with cracked seats and Lexus unable to help her because the seats are not covered in the warranty etc. The car drives wonderful. Looks great! I get a lot of compliments on it, esp the color (burgundy w/brown seats). I love my experience so far but hate my seats current condition. So why buy it right? I know. Truth is the car has a lot of potential. This issue was on so many of this modem, I just chose to hang in there with the purchase ... bought through Carvana. The car was delivered to my front door without physically seeing it. I had 7 lousy days to return it for another but I just paused and saw chose to see the overall good in the car vs the cosmetic defect that after researching was prevalent in this model.

Awesome service was quickly in and out. Pleasantly surprising the transparency that was provided to me.
2012 Lexus RX 450h review
4th lexus 2bd hybrid. Reliable and stylish. Comfortable ride and plenty of room including back seat. Have this one for 7 years. Hybrid mileage average 24mpg. Would get another but I do not like the body style

Kaylee was fantastic and easy to work with. She made the whole experience easy and worry free. .Only disappointment was a problem with the audio which Stevenson could not/would not fix..
2018 Lexus RX 450h review
I purchased a 2018 Lexus RX 450h about 2 months ago. I've put around 5,000 Mi on it with no problems. It's been averaging around 30 miles to the gallonfor my city and highway driving around St Louis area. Car is very comfortable and easy to drive, actually feeling like it just drives itself for the most part. It's a fully loaded model with everything on it that I was looking for in a nice comfortable used vehicle.

2015 Lexus RX 450h review
I love the ability to customize the settings of my Lexus. The 450h is so quiet you can"t even tell it is running when it is in park and the miles per gallon is a great savings.

Everyone especially Summer Curry was extremely helpful. I am a senior citizen and am not computer savvy. So, Summer helped me through all the paperwork.

Smooth ride, incredible sound system. Comfortable seats with both heat and cooling. Will be great in summertime. The Enform system is cumbersome. The way around it is just using voice commands.

Update: Issue resolved! After the General Manager was alerted to the situation and a few follow-up conversations took place, the dealership handled everything properly and turned things around. I appreciate them addressing my concerns.

Pleasant, convenient, competent thorough. Everyone was great. Couldn’t ask for more from a dealership.
2013 Lexus RX 450h review
Had a rx 350 prior to this one I purchased. Got this one used w/ 32,500 on it. Wow what a great ride AWD with snow mode, sport mode, eco mode. Sport mode tends to tighten up the car w quicker steering and tighter suspension. Snow mode is for you know Snow. Eco mode gives it a floating feeling. I also tow my 2200# pop up with ease.
