Previous to picking up my new NX hybrid, correspondence was with LaVance Collier, who was very professional and kept me updated about when to expect arrival of my car. On delivery day, his associate Alex Cooper greeted me, guided me through the process, and answered every question I had. If I asked something that he didn't have the answer to, he searched out someone who did. He was pleasant, but more than that, he was personable, which made for a great experience. Soon as I left the dealership, I realized I did not know how to access XM radio stations; I returned, and Alex came out in the middle of his lunch to help me out.
