Initially only went up for a test drive as I am still several months from needing a new car. However, Lexus of Tampa Bay had the exact exterior and interior color I was looking for, Nightfall Mica and Palomino. Marlon, our sales consultant was excellent. Knowledgeable and not pushy. I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!
