Sale man Mohammed and the Financial Manager Dannie are very friendly and helpful. Thay were willing to help me out any problems I have, even cancel the contract without any fee and minutes. Very plased experiences.

Bought a new Lexus from this dealership. Our experience was wonderful. Mina helped us from the beginning to the end. We felt very welcomed and got one of the best deal from this dealership. I compared our OTD price to reddit forum, we were lucky with the deal we got. Ask for Mina when you visit this dealer, you won't be disappointed

South County Lexus review
A couple of weeks ago we acquired a 2023 Lexus RZ 450e at South County Lexus at Mission Viejo. We are so happy with the car. Our salesman, Enzo Impagliazzo did a super job selling us on the car and helping us through the whole process of acquiring it. Enzo put no pressure on us to make a decision re: purchasing the vehicle Rather, he let the vehicle sell itself, With his real title as Guest Experience Manager, he proved his worth to South County Lexus in a big way In the process of helping us in our purchase, Enzo became more than an employee of South County Lexus He became a friend A good man indeed. Lexus of Cerritos review
I have been coming to the same dealership since 2018 and have zero complaints. I don't feel like I am being "sold" too and my service rep is upmost and honest about what is required for general maintenance. I choose whether to have it serviced there or pass. I will continue to tell others to go there and hope they experience the same quality of service as I do.

Best car buying experience I've ever had! They went out of their way to serve us and our needs. Teresa even went out of her way to bring a car I was interested in from a sister dealership so I could test drive it that day. Crown Lexus is what it means to work as a team and to make a personal connection with their customers.

Al Khan Wad my dealer at south country lexus branch. just from talking to him on the phone I felt his honesty and dedicated care. I drove 2 hours to buy the car since he manage to give me a very good price and a great service. Al is one of the best , he drove my car to LA , walked me through all the steps to connect my phone to the car and more , he offered to be available for me with any future questions . He offered to drive back the next day on his day off from work to help me with paper work on selling my old car . Al fallowed up with me for 2 days to make sure I am all being taking care . I highly recommend Al one of a kind dealer at Lexus of south country branch . Thank you Al for great service and great experience. Best regards Edna B.

Lexus of Cerritos review
Dorina Gonzalez at Lexus of Cerritos was amazing to work with. We told her exactly what we wanted, including a very specific exterior and interior color combination that was hard to find. She checked with other dealerships and kept in touch with me daily until she found the exact car we wanted. We purchased an RX 450h+ and love it so far! This is the fourth Lexus in our family, but our first brand-new purchase. We had an excellent experience with our previous certified pre-owned Lexus, and this experience was just as wonderful. Thank you, Dorina and the Lexus of Cerritos team!

This is the second Mercedes we have bought from Mercedes Benz of Ontario. The reason we have gone back is because of Michael Velasco, the sales associate. He is the best and most trusted person! We have had great experience with him.

This is my second Lexus purchase from Crown Lexus. It was a pleasure walking in to this sparkling clean showroom for my appointment to look at pre owned cars and have my trade-in evaluated. I was greeted right away and we began the process. Abel listened to my needs/wants the entire time and we worked through decisions leading to all the paperwork and then with the accounting specialists to finish the process. Attention to detail all the way. I appreciated everyone involved.

Came out from Long Beach to see an Audi Q7, It was a car I was looking for specifically and they had it. They took care of me from phone call to dealership and treated me well. The car was everything it was described to be and more. I would recommend them for they are upfront and knowledgeable in the whole process.
