James and Lin were great. Night and day difference between this dealership and another I had gone too. It was my first time buying a car and I had already had Earnhardt Toyota nearby rope a dope me around for 5 hours with bs. I went in and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. This is stress relieving as I am a college student that works full time. They had me in and out in less than 3hours and they were easy to work with, were very straightforward, and had very little bs to drag you around and keep you there forever. Overall, great experience buying my first car.

Where to I begin to explain how wonderful this dealership is? James Charm, my salesperson, was so understanding and patient. He took the time to explain everything I needed. I had some difficulties with the car I purchased and he resolved everything! I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Bernard Bryant, the sales manager was so friendly and helpful. The staff seem to get along very well and the atmosphere reflexes this feeling. This was definitely a different car buying experience for me! The staff here will make sure you are happy with your purchase! Thank you Mesa Lexus. I love my car!

Lexus Carlsbad review
I had a wonderful experience at Lexus Carlsbad. We drove 50 minutes to get a car at this particular dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to know they have decent inventory. Even though the car I wanted wasn't there that day, Dino was able to make a deal and order it for me. He was so kind and a great listener. He knew how much it meant to me to purchase this car. It was not just another sale to him but genuinely wanted to make this happen. I felt comfortable from the start and good about actually buying my Lexus here. The managers and finance managers were also on the same page and came up to greet us before we made any deals. I did not feel pressured, but rather open to helping me. Dino is amazing and I would definately recommend to anyone considering purchasing a Lexus to come check out this dealer and ask for Dino! He is a great family man from what I saw and very considerate. I could tell they are all helpful no matter what is going on. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was trying to figure out the trunk opening and another sales person came over to assist me too! I do not feel like I had to spend hours going back and forth either like some dealers when you are negotiating. It was clear cut and to the point. Thanks Lexus Carlsbad.
