He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.

The finance gentleman, Marco he was awesome too. He treated us like family and did his best to work things out for us financially as if he would if we were his parents! That is awesome to be treated like family from the whole place! I felt like they looked out for us every step of the way and I highly recommend my family or anyone else shopping for a vehicle to go here first! Awesome experience, best I have had in 66 years of my life and I have bought a lot of vehicles in this time! I love ❤️ my Hyundai Tucson! Perfect!
