From the time i called and talked to Justin in parts then my service advisor Chris and the nice gentleman who greeted me named Alan; everything with my experience was fabulous. Chris kept me informed, called me back many times to answer my questions, kept me informed all day.long on the status of the repairs. CHRIS IS EXCELLENT and Justin was most helpful too. I had given up on working with a lexus service dept after so many bad experiences at lexus of tampabay. Now I had a reason to keep visiting lexus for my services.

Chris is the best when it comes to Service people. I have been using Chris now for three visits and I can truly say he goes above and beyond. I don???t want to deal with any other person beside him because I think he is just so good. He serviced my car again on November 17 and he was just truly exceptional. I drove in to the Service Department without an appointment for a Check Engine light that was on. The Service Manager Marc Scotch saw me right away and made arrangements to get my car in. After a short time the problem was diagnosed and the repair was made while I waited in the Customer Lounge. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
