Me and my wife went to the dealer to trade in a 2016 hrv and get a 2018 crv, and we did just that within a matter of an hour or so we were on our way home with the car we wanted, and very happy, everyone at the dealership were very helpful polite and positive minded! Would definitely go back for another Honda for sure!
Went with pre approved financing looking for a specific car that was priced below KBB. Was in and out in an hour and a half with the car I wanted and they got me financing with a better interest rate than I went in with.

The staff at Chuck Nicholson's made my truck purchase a pleasant experience. It was extremely nice to be able to view the inventory on their without being hounded by salesmen. This makes our third car from Cain Toyota. Our first (2005 Corolla) and second (2013 Camry) Cain Toyota cars are still in the family and is still on the road after 14 years. Monday, I found the car I wanted, a super low mileage 2017 Corolla. Because I am a man and I will do whatever I want whenever I want I had to ask my wife if it was OK first. Well long story short, after I left Cain Toyota the car was sold. I found out the next day when I called the salesman to make a hold deposit. Oh well, maybe next time. Wednesday I got a call from Sam Warther and he said they had a 2018 Corolla go on the lot at same price as the 2017 that I wanted. This time the wife came with me and she drove the Corolla. And end of story. Like I said this is Toyota number 3 from Cain for good reason. Great cars and great dealership. We even found out that the salesman that got us into our first Toyota was still selling cars with Cain Toyota. Long solid steady track record of great cars for an excellent dealership.
Hands down the best vehicle buying experience ever. Got right down to the finances after I liked the vehicle and made buying a breeze. Was greeted with exactly what I wanted for my trade and the right rate. Truly an A+ experience. Drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and would do it again in a heartbeat. I dealt with Howard and Ben, knew exactly what they were talking about and made it a great experience. I will highly recommend them and their dealership and keep them in mind for the future. Never have I been to a dealership that I actually enjoyed being at. They are very kind and down to Earth people. Very honest as well. They made the purchasing process of my vehicle easy, and when I ran into a snag, helped me figure it out. They even loaned me a charger for my phone, and printed me out directions back to my house. They went way out of their way for me, and didn't have to. I appreciate that so much. They are doing it right. They aren't pushy about selling the cars at all. I highly recommend going in and seeing them and what they have. I am hoping that we can get a second vehicle from them later this year. I just enjoyed their company. I would go hang out and have coffee with them just to have a good time. Good people.
Very helpful, contacted me right away about my credit app and vehicle inquiry. Asked questions to try to get me into a car that I wanted. Did not buy from them as they were a little over priced but very grateful for all their help and understanding.
They had the best pricing I could find for what I wanted. They pay attention to detail and it shows in the clean truck I purchased. Necko and Howard were great to work with. Normally I feel like I need a shower after a car purchase but these guys worked with me and had me out of the office in less than 45 minutes after I said yes. Very nice experience and I'll be back.
