After purchasing my third vehicle from Kendall, the moon roof was discovered to have a leak. This was a several thousand dollar fix, they fixed it. Being a single mom, a home health nurse who works out of their vehicle and an all around busy person, I was concerned and naturally worried as what to do. I was amazed at the kindness and genuine support I received after talking with the General Manager Jeff who followed through with his word and took care of the problem every step of the way. All the while, the most excellent service clerk Carrie always knew the right thing to say or do. She would call and leave update messages without me having to chase her down to find out information, she would even remember to remind me of the little things like to get my parking card out of the rental vehicle...she was nice, really nice, a natural and seemingly doing things in an effortless manner...on-and-on... ...these people made my day and reminded me how to be, even in my line of work where compassion, empathy, kindness and understanding are essential especially in todays unusual world. Had a great service experience at Kendall Lexus
Drop my car off for a 15,000 mile service at 11:30 AM , while waiting for my Service Writer Erwin Scobar to write me up, everyone was removed from the building do to a suspected natural gas leak, the gas company, fire truck, EMT, and ambulance all showed up. At 12:15 it was found to be a false alarm. Erwin wrote me up and said me would do his best to honor the promised pick up time of 1:00 PM. At 12:45 PM Erwin called to say it was ready for pick up. Great service!

Spoke with April via email about a Miata Club. She was beyond awesome, I would love the chance to purchase a Miata through her. Unfortunately her manager wouldn’t come down far enough on price of car to suit me. They are trying to get more for super low mileage, which can be cool- but in a sport car may not be cool :) with it being a Club without any real bells and whistles, I declined but may try again ;) April even ran outside and took a photo for me.
