My experience at Ross Downing was impeccable! I have purchased ?several? cars, but this transaction was indeed faultless. Miss Kisha Cushenberry is my car saleswoman - a true professional!

This car is great for family with lots of space. It handles great in snow and bad weather. It is a true 4x4 and you can feel the difference.

Dustin P. was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, courteous and patient! He answered all our questions and located the RX we were searching for. Cameron also did a great job explaining all the features of our RX!!
2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

For a relatively large SUV, my TX500h is both comfortable and remarkably powerful on acceleration. It holds 8’+ long lumber boards and is a great driving experience. It’s a bit pricey but worth it!

I had an outstanding experience while working with Mr. Eric Smith at Price LeBlanc Lexus. He helped me locate the perfect vehicle and was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to try to accommodate my requests and was always pleasant in doing so. Most importantly, Mr. Eric Smith is an honest guy and a great representative of Price Leblanc Lexus. If you are shopping for a new vehicle, I suggest you give them both a chance!!

2020 Lexus RX 350 review
The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

2024 Lexus GX 550 review
The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

2022 Lexus RX 350 review
Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

John is a great sales person, knowledgeable and no pressure. The service department is awesome there too. We’ve bought 6 cars in the last 12 years from John Sabin and had all the maintenance work done at Price Leblanc. They are top notch.

I really like this GX 460, I was considering a GX 470 instead I went with a GX 460 premium and I really like the color it not being a common color, it seems since the little I've owned it I'm always getting complements on it.

2018 Lexus GX 460 review
Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

Best salesman, Carl Plummer, I've had the experience of dealing with. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He addressed all my questions and helped secure a deal that I was more than satisfied with. I highly recommend asking for him if you are seeking to purchase a vehicle.

Not my first RX. Great platform, quiet as a mouse, basically bullet proof. Just maintain it. If I need another car it will be another RX.

Ross Downing GMC Cadillac review
Our salesman, Landon Crane, is new and even didn’t have his business cards yet but he’s gonna go far. He was extremely polite, willing to answer questions and had no problem getting up to ask about an answer he wasn’t certain of. I appreciated he wasn’t pushy, condescending, or fake. He may be young and just getting started but you won’t go wrong by requesting him for your salesman. The young man knows how to give an appropriate handshake on top of all his other positive qualities. From start to finish it was a relaxed buying experience. Give him a call!

Lifetime dream car. Absolutely amazing, reliable luxury. Would not change for anything else. We use it for all driving needs, commute to work, road trips. Great on snow or any off road driving.
