Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

I was very happy with the service at Lexus in Mishawaka. Very professional which is always expected but at I also felt a sense of kindness and truly consideration of my best interest. Prior to the appointment, I was hesitant about taking my car to Lexus because it?s about 10 years old and I thought I could get something taken care of more inexpensively.I?m really glad my car was taken care of there.I have the confidence to drive it a little longer I think about holding off on a purchase for a bit longer.

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

The Little RED GTI, Andy replaced the valves after the timing belt broke creating the damage. Since Andy only provides quality replacement parts he thought this was just another service job. The valve from VW were defective and the replacement valve broke cause the engine to be scrapped. Andy replaced the engine and completed all other service work at the original agreed price, no question asked. Andy went out of his way to make the unplanned problem as painless as possible. I have no problem telling anyone that Andy's operation is the most honest with the highest Integrity I have ever seen in the auto repair or any business. I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

Matt the Service Tech I dealt with was present, knowledgeable, and kind. He helped me to understand all the charges I questioned on the bill. I will make sure to contact him with any and all future questions. If I was to rate Matt in Service he would get a 10 out of 5!!! I do have a complaint regarding reaching a human via the phone service. I had to call over a dozen times to reach anyone to setup my appointment. When I reached the AI Operator I was transferred to Service and got no answer. Eventually I began to choose Sales hoping I could reach an human and was then transferred to Jill who was not available and phone call went to voicemail. Your AI assistance is in my opinion incapable of satisfying the callers needs. It merely prohibits the caller from reaching its destination. Finally the woman who took and transferred the Sales call to Service took a message to a Service Tech and then my call was returned. This is too exhausting of a process. Please FIX this!!!

I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

I have had this car for 6 months now and overall I am happy with my purchase. I have not driven it in snow yet- my previous car was a Subaru crosstrek that did well in the snow, I got the AWD UX but it is lower to the ground so we’ll see how it does in comparison. The cup holder/controls situation is annoying. The cup holders are directly in front of the buttons so if you put a cup in there your moving it around to get to the control buttons- annoying. The remote start through the app is spotty for me. It at times takes multiple attempts to connect to get it to start- and not just when im in an area of bad service. The wireless charging which I thought would be useful is not. With CarPlay you have to have your phone plugged into the USB for it to connect. So there’s no point in using the wireless charging. Which also charges very slow. The interior is small and was an adjustment compared to previous cars because I feel the windshield visibility was lower. So far this hasn’t been a problem because there is so many safety features- blind spot, lane keep, cross traffic monitoring. Because of all these my insurance only went up by a few dollars a month when switching. I do not mind the track pad but a touchscreen would be a nice upgrade in the future, and I do agree that the analog clock on the dash is dumb. I did recently hit a trash can that knocked my mirror off. Due to all the special things the mirror had this is estimated nearly $1,000 to fix. Which I think is a lot for a mirror and something that could easily happen. Some models have auto retract mirrors- also would be a nice upgrade in the future. I will say I had a friend replace the mirror and when he disabled it to replace it I got a call from Lexus stating they were alerted there was an issue with my mirror. That kind of prompt service is nice. No spare tire as the car has run flats- I haven’t had any issue yet but we’ll see how annoying that is when the time comes. I do drive a lot but I feel they are frequently calling me saying I need to rotate the tires. I’m not sure if this is a run flat thing or a Lexus thing. But it’s just annoying to schedule every couple months.

Chris was able to get my RX in for service (unscheduled) which helped us out greatly. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and explaining the solution.

My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

I inquired about a truck,, I received several trucks that were available,, i walked in the door and met Cameron Sheler,, attentive ,, listened to what I saying,, eager to get me what I wanted,, he got me more truck,, than I wanted,, below the monthly payment I was expecting to pay,, and the “icing on The cake”,, I got a 5 yr extended Warranty ,, that didn’t increase my monthly payment.

This car is more comfortable and quicker than my previous Lexus. I love it. I like the interior design and it is very responsive and handles great. My last Lexus had no issues and ran forever and this one is doing the same.

I had been shopping for a replacement car for several months. After trying at least 5 different dealerships, mainly in Michigan, I found a Passat listed for sale at Gurley Leep Motorwerks. I test drove two of them but decided against both. Joel must have paid attention to what I was looking for and my desired budget. He contacted me about a Passat they brought back in off of a lease agreement and let me see it before it was all cleaned up. None of the other dealerships gave me this type of consideration. It turns out this other Passat was exactly what I wanted, and Gurley Leep worked with me to get it to fit into my desired price range. I am a VERY happy/satisfied customer. I keep my cars for an average of 10 years, but I will definitely come back here when I need to get a vehicle. Dear reader: highest recommendation! And I don't give that rating very often.

Purchased 2024 new and have just 7k miles. Beautiful SUV, great exterior and interior. So comfortable to drive and gets up and goes. My only issue is for gas mileage does not appear to get as advertised. What service has told me is due to living in Kansas with many different temperatures, gas additives and needing to drive in ECO mode all the time. Other than this love this SUV

I'm a little confused, because email asks or a review of the service department. My purchase experience at Gurley Leep was better than any other dealership, and I've dealt with many in Indianapolis, Princeton, Evansville, and several in SW Michigan. Joel was an excellent sales person for my purchase experience. He was courteous, professional, and was very familiar with all of the cars he showed me. I plan to contact him again when I am ready for a different car. This is my second review because I keep getting email requests to submit one.

I bought this 2017 GS 350 as my third GS I’ve owned. It is the best of the 3. I bought it new and had for 10 years. Still looks great and runs the same. I love driving it and will hate giving it up at some point as they no longer make them.

Got my BMW 3 series repaired at Auto imports had the best service, in general.

Had my 2016 gx for a year and a half now got it wit 50,000 miles 2 previous owners drove it across the country twice has a 113,000 miles now and hasnt given me one problem just regular service and maintenance. I highly recommend this vehicle. Switched to lexus from GM and its the best decision I ever made.

This a great entry-luxury vehicle! Even with the 2.0L turbocharged engine, it's fairly quick and gets up to higher speeds without a problem. It's very quiet and comfortable on just about any road. The interior fit/finish is impeccable, and the exterior styling is striking (especially in Eminent White Pearl). The AC is the coldest I've ever experienced in a car so far! The card is very stable at highway speeds and above. I've been averaging 33 MPG on the highway (driving back/forth from DC/Chesapeake weekly), and around 24 in the city. We shall see how she goes from this point forward! Definitely recommended!

I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!
