My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

I'm not someone who writes a lot of reviews. However, I recently bought a Lincoln MKZ from Willis at the Waukee location and the experience was incredible. The sales team, including Brian and Matt helped provide me with a great price including everything I was looking for. They were upfront and honest about everything and went way out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met. At no time did I feel pressured to make a deal but rather Brian and Matt found a way to make the deal work in my favor and I could not ask for much more than that. The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

I love the car, I dislike the dealership I got it from. I definitely recommend the car but you need to watch out where you get it from and watch the sales people they will try to rip you off if you let them, I will write a separate review for the dealership.

Outstanding quality and extremely comfortable and quite Grand Touring car. So far no reliability issues, and just normal scheduled maintenance, fluid changes at the recommended intervals, and brake pads and tires so far at 62k mlles.

Searched online and drove several trucks before I came across the one I purchased from Midwest Motors. The Truck drove and looked excellent in comparison to what everyone else in town had to offer just under the $15,000 budget. Was very impressed by the transparent way business was done here and even more impressed by the fact that this local dealer produced paperwork for all service/maintenance performed on it prior to them offering it for sale. I have bought many vehicles over the years and this experience was refreshing.

Excellent vehicle for performance and style. My son drove it for the last 4 years as he’s going to HS and College. He loved it. The breaks on the F Aport can be pricy to fix. Other than that, it’s a gem.

Purchase experience was good. Austen W. was very helpful and well informed. Did not feel pressured to make a decision and appreciate that I was not pressed to purchase any extras or added warranties, etc. Once we made the decision to purchase, the time with the finance manager was pleasant and relaxed. This a great entry-luxury vehicle! Even with the 2.0L turbocharged engine, it's fairly quick and gets up to higher speeds without a problem. It's very quiet and comfortable on just about any road. The interior fit/finish is impeccable, and the exterior styling is striking (especially in Eminent White Pearl). The AC is the coldest I've ever experienced in a car so far! The card is very stable at highway speeds and above. I've been averaging 33 MPG on the highway (driving back/forth from DC/Chesapeake weekly), and around 24 in the city. We shall see how she goes from this point forward! Definitely recommended!

My car was having transmission problems and the check engine came on. I called the service department and they told me to bring it in. They gave me a new CT5 as a loaner and kept me updated on the repairs to my car. About a week later my car was done. I am completely satisfied with the way they took care of me and my car. Very professional.

Lexus will always be a great purchase doesn't matter what you choose. You can't go wrong period I am a previous owner of alexis.E s three fifty, and I am a lexus nx200t owner the gas is pretty much the same. You save on fuel great mileage. Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

Just a spectacular vehicle. Quiet, comfortable, a joy to drive. While I am not knocking American auto workers, I like the fact this one is only made in Japan, I think their reliability is even better. Whenever I get in another car, it's ride pales in comparison to my LS460L.

I purchased the car new in 2013 and it was the best choice i could have made. I have had no problems, just new tires and and a battery. I did all of my service checks when needed and had no problems. I’m sorry that they no longer make this car.

This vehicle outdistances any other luxury car I’ve driven, by virtually every measure. Moreover, its automotive integrity and reliability (which mean fewer repairs) are unsurpassed. Every time I read accounts of MBS550 owners crying over maintenance expenses, I have to chuckle. For a pure luxury blue blood, pay $30-50k less for an LS and enjoy the ride.

Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.

I love this car. I have owned my car for 3 years now and it still performs well. With required maintenance you should have no problems at all.
