I absolutely love the customer service and attention to details I received at Willis Auto. We just used them to purchase a 2018 Kia Forte. I chose this vehicle because of the high miles per gallon, and everything the sales person said was true. I got 44 mpg my first week driving my new car. They also touched up a small ding I found after getting home on the roof of the car in minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used car at a reasonable price!
We used them for a car collision repair. Not only was their job of a great quality but they helped us coordinate everything with the insurance company including arranging for car rental pickup and drop off at their office. They called us with weekly updates as necessary. It was the most painless major car repair process I have ever been through. I can't stay enough about Willis MINI and all the staff from Sales to Service. Jeremy takes such good care of me and my MINI whenever I stop in for service. Whether I need a shuttle ride or a loaner, I know I"m in good hands. I trust them--as a widow, it helps knowing I can rely on them.
The dealership and the employee's I interacted with get 5 stars. It is a very nice dealership and they couldn't have treated me better. Everything went smoothly, they answered all my questions and didn't waste my time. One of the best new car experiences I have had 35+ years of buying new cars.
However, the car gets a one star. It has failed miserably in meeting expectations. It is the first car I can honestly say I made a huge mistake in purchasing and I arrived at that conclusion within a very short time. I live nearly 500 miles from the dealership and my trip home rates as one of, if not the, worst drives of my life.
Onboard computer said it was time for routine service. I was in the neighborhood anyway, so stopped off at MINI dealer to make a service appointment. Jeremiah said, "How about right now?" So got the whole thing done in just a few minutes without having to make an appointment. Thanks, Jeremiah and crew . . . great work and convenient too!
We owned three Subaru's and this purchase makes four. This was our third experience with Matt at Ramsey Auto Center. We shared with Matt what we were looking for in a new vehicle and he quickly found a car in their inventory that matched out wants. The purchase process was reasonably fast and not too painful. We've looked at other cars at other dealerships, but seem to be drawn to the quality and affordability of a Subaru, and Matt has continued to give us excellent service.
I was shopping for a pick-up, stopped into two dealerships and looked at their F-150, saw a advertisement from Granger Motors a lot less money for their F150. So stop in talked to Bill McAtee about an F-150, he bet the price of the other dealer, so I drove off with a F-150, no pressure to buy, it was great!!
