I just sold my 10yr old IS250 (which I absolutely loved) for this one.
I can't begin to explain how I feel when I'm behind the wheel. I have the pearl gray exterior with black interior.
It's a head turner and I'm complimented about it everywhere I go. It's worth every penny!
We owned three Subaru's and this purchase makes four. This was our third experience with Matt at Ramsey Auto Center. We shared with Matt what we were looking for in a new vehicle and he quickly found a car in their inventory that matched out wants. The purchase process was reasonably fast and not too painful. We've looked at other cars at other dealerships, but seem to be drawn to the quality and affordability of a Subaru, and Matt has continued to give us excellent service.

Absolutely love the Lexus GX Luxury. We have owned several SUVS including an MDX, Explorer, Lexus RX330... This one was love as first drive. We have known Lexus to be one of the most reliable brands we have owned, but with children I didn’t want an RX again. I looked at Range Rover, Mercedes and Infiniti because we knew we wanted a larger sized SUV. I also wanted the “captain” seats in the middle. This car is loaded with features... Enough technology to make a tech loving family happy. I love the fact that I can start my car from an app. I love being high up off of the ground to see around traffic. I love the soft leather. We have had so much fun and so many compliments on this beast. Not regretting it. For those who say the ride is bumpy... it is slightly, but not more than any other pricey SUV. It’s actually pretty smooth. It’s a tall vehicle. It’s got a truck-like vibe with all of the luxury and bells and whistles you expect from Lexus. That’s what we wanted. We have the Luxury Sport package— only because this car was available. I would have been happy even without the spaceship like buttons and rear heated seats. Overall this family of four is in love.
I absolutely love the customer service and attention to details I received at Willis Auto. We just used them to purchase a 2018 Kia Forte. I chose this vehicle because of the high miles per gallon, and everything the sales person said was true. I got 44 mpg my first week driving my new car. They also touched up a small ding I found after getting home on the roof of the car in minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used car at a reasonable price!

I actually have the 2018 Lexus GX 460 Luxury with Sport Package and Captains Chairs.
Pros: It handles very well for it's size and the transmission is so smooth. I LOVE the vantage point of driving this vehicle, and it's so very comfortable to drive. Very quiet interior and plenty of space for anything you need. I really love getting in my car each day! I personally like the flexibility of having a 3rd row if I have people to move, or folded down 3rd row if I have cargo. The ventilated seats are delightful and the base stereo system was a big surprise for me. It's awesome!!! Rear camera is excellent as are cross traffic sensors.
Cons: The interior does look slightly dated, but I do think the black leather helps the feel a bit. The rear wiper is silly small in range. I HATE that you can't keyless unlock the back doors without doing a front door first. Although my heaviest used Enform features work, the bonus features are 99% unreliable and buggy. Seems so silly. I do have the lovely gunmetal wheels offered with the Sport Package, but the overall wheel options are sad. Such an attractive truck but a serious lack of aesthetically pleasing wheels to complement.
All the cons aside, I truly love this truck. All of the good most definitely outweigh any of the bad for me. I hope Lexus continues the truck in their lineup, I know it's been in question for the past couple years. I think just a few minor updates could keep it a serious contender for many years to come. I couldn't find anything in the German lineups that were a combination of my price range, aesthetics and size/function. 6 VW's and 1 Mercedes down, I'm now a happy Lexus owner : )
We used them for a car collision repair. Not only was their job of a great quality but they helped us coordinate everything with the insurance company including arranging for car rental pickup and drop off at their office. They called us with weekly updates as necessary. It was the most painless major car repair process I have ever been through. Thank you to Willis Auto for their excellent customer service and willingness to help.

I agree with some of the negative reviews. The engine revs loudly and it is not a very smooth ride. Very top heavy and does not maneuver well. Lexus Enform is a very poor app and the navigation system technology is terrible. Not roomy in the back seats, very limited leg room. Some of the materials used are cheap. While I think the 460 has a beautiful exterior design, I would not purchase a Lexus again. Very disappointed.
I can't stay enough about Willis MINI and all the staff from Sales to Service. Jeremy takes such good care of me and my MINI whenever I stop in for service. Whether I need a shuttle ride or a loaner, I know I"m in good hands. I trust them--as a widow, it helps knowing I can rely on them.

Very poor quality, just past 50,00 miles and A/C blows hot air. Can not image this bad from Lexus. My Kia and Toyota had no A/C issue for over 100,00 miles. This is my first Lexus and will be the last. Not reliable at all.
The dealership and the employee's I interacted with get 5 stars. It is a very nice dealership and they couldn't have treated me better. Everything went smoothly, they answered all my questions and didn't waste my time. One of the best new car experiences I have had 35+ years of buying new cars.
However, the car gets a one star. It has failed miserably in meeting expectations. It is the first car I can honestly say I made a huge mistake in purchasing and I arrived at that conclusion within a very short time. I live nearly 500 miles from the dealership and my trip home rates as one of, if not the, worst drives of my life.

Very comfortable - great design - navigation system leaves room for improvement - exterior styling is great - great ride comfort , seating and interiors .
I just bought a new Cadillac from Willis, this my second vehicle I have purchased from Willis and I'm very pleased.

Have only owned for a short time but so far I’m really liking it. I’m average 40+ miles per gallon. Love the interior design, but haven’t figured out all the buttons yet. I drove a Cadillac for 9 years before this. I hope this one is as good a car as it was.
Onboard computer said it was time for routine service. I was in the neighborhood anyway, so stopped off at MINI dealer to make a service appointment. Jeremiah said, "How about right now?" So got the whole thing done in just a few minutes without having to make an appointment. Thanks, Jeremiah and crew . . . great work and convenient too!

Very smooth ride, handles well, very easy to drive, excellent front and back lights, very good power. Very good technology. Can not beat a Toyota for longevity and reliability.
From the moment we walked in we had great service. Brad Baker was the awesome guy we dealt with. He worked with us to see what was right for us and get us into the perfect vehicle. We test drove a Highlander and fell in love. Brad explained different features with us so we knew what we were getting for our money.
