I want to give a HUGE thank you to Brandon Walker at Grapevine Ford, along with Devin, who helped with all of the financing and paperwork. As a single mom, buying a vehicle can honestly feel stressful - especially when you’re trying to find something that is not only practical for your life, but also something you genuinely feel safe, comfortable, and confident in long-term. Since I was purchasing a used vehicle, it was really important to me to feel secure in what I was getting and not rushed into something that didn’t fully fit my needs. Brandon truly exceeded expectations throughout the entire process. His communication was incredible from start to finish, always keeping me updated, checking in, answering questions quickly, and making me feel heard instead of pressured. What stood out most was that he genuinely cared about helping me get into the right vehicle, not just making a sale. He went out of his way to locate the exact vehicle I was looking for — a barely used Toyota Sienna Woodland, even though they didn’t originally have it on the lot. He put real effort into making sure I ended up in something I truly loved and felt comfortable driving for my family. Devin also helped make everything come together smoothly on the financing and paperwork side. I really appreciated how professional, patient, and understanding he was as well. Together, they helped make everything make sense financially, helped me feel comfortable with the warranties and coverage options, and worked hard to help me get an amazing deal considering my current credit situation. Overall, I’m extremely thankful for the effort, communication, professionalism, and genuine care they both showed throughout the process. Brandon especially went above and beyond, and I would absolutely recommend asking for him if you visit Grapevine Ford.
