Used 2019 Lincoln Nautilus for sale near Shelbyville, TN

Went in to replace a 2025 Silverado 1500 Trail Boss which was totaled in an accident. Salesman Matt Wright met us at the scheduled time and worked with us, looking at two trucks (a 1500 Trail Boss and 2500HD 4x4). The sale was going to be easy as the insurance had just paid off the totaled truck. Matt spent time showing us both trucks and taking us for test drive in both. Matt was patient as it took me quite some time to decide which truck to purchase. Matt and the entire staff at Auto Nation Gilbert were professional and efficient. I believe this was the best car/truck buying experience of our lives.

I simply love my 2029 Nautilus. I have driven it Cross Country twice. From The Eastern Shore to Arizona and then back to the Eastern Shore. My son drove and has a HEAVY foot. Both rides were exceptional. She ( yes I call my truck a she) didnt miss a beat. Super comfortable ride. Great gas mileage. I intend for this to be my very last car of purchase.

We left our house this morning on a mission to look at 5 dealership with basically the same style trucks and packages, just different add ons or colors. Reineke Ford was the first stop. From the second I hit the lot I had a comfortable feeling. We weren't swamped or ganged up on walking the lot. I walked in and asked for the online sales manager who paired me up with a sales representative named Melissa Kia and I was extremely impressed. Her knowledge of Ford trucks and how to operate all the tech and features was spot on. She answered all my questions and showed me every inch and feature in about 15min and already had it by the front door with a tag on it waiting. Prior to this, I had a lifetime of GMC trucks and a recent past with a couple of Rams. Both brands had failed with either an engine rebuild or a transmission so I was ready for something different. She sold me on the features and had me very interested. After the drive I met JB Brentson to put our deal together. We're both hard working parents but given the past few 10 years or so, we've had some life happens kind of things so we knew it would take some help. When our preferred lender Capitol One refused the offer they told us to make, we decided it was time to leave. JB asked me to trust him and give him a chance. He'd make it work. So we did because I truly felt this was going to be the dealership to make it work. So I abandoned the other choices and after about 20min we were signing the papers and shaking hands. It was absolutely refreshing to actually find a dealership that was there for us. The entire building staff talked to our autistic son and offered our kids drinks and snacks like we were family and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you "Kish" and JB for your support and help! My lease was up on my LIncoln Corsair. I met with a dealing rep. and all went very smooth. I also had my car serviced (oil change, tire rotation, etc). I waited a little over two hours for my car. My car was misplaced some how and there was a mix up on who was servicing it. Well, it was found and everything was completed on the car. I was not charged for the service. Everyone was apologetic. I do like this dealership and would not go anywhere else. This was something that was not usual and I'm sure i'll have better service next time.

Very easy to work with ended up buying a car online from them they didn't play any games and i feel like i got a fair deal. Rob answered all the questions i had and set up getting the car brought to me very standup guy and a man of his word.

Good price for the oil change compared to the quick change places. Vehicle check over and I wasn?t pestered to spend more. They were busy and it took close to two hours. But class service.
