Found a vehicle on auto trader and called them right away to see if I could come check it out they had the car ready when we arrived! They were there ready to greet us and the most laid back not pushy at all, not like a normal dealership this place was hands down top notch. Considering the location we were iffy but once in the building all the staff were friendly seemed happy and it was the best experience we have ever had with a dealership! Considering we were kinda a pain to work with they were great and professional. Explained everything never got any attitude or treated us like we were idiots. I get a new rig about every 2 years so I have had plenty of interactions with dealerships. I hope this rig is my life time rig. If not we will 100% consider going back here. While we were not able to make a deal, I was amazed at Nick’s knowledge of Lincoln’ Towncars as old the ‘91 Towncar. Practically everything he told me about these vehicles was true, like converting from single to dual exhaust on these. He said they’re very easy to do. At first I figured Nick was just trying to salvage a sale after I told him I really wanted the dual exhaust option from the factory. But then when I went to some forums to look, they all said to just swap out the Y pipe for an H pipe and go from there. It took someone who has some knowledge to know all that. That impressed me and I wouldn’t be surprised if Nick used to be a mechanic. Perhaps a deal can be reached in the future, but for now I was impressed to leave a review even though I didn’t buy anything.

2020 F-150 transmission replacement. There were several challenges throughout this effort. Service manager Cassandra Niziolek was a consummate professional from drive-in to drive-out. She maintained regular communications with accurate and HONEST information. In regards to customer care and working diligently to minimize any burdens on my part, Ms. Niziolek?s candor & genuine care for the customer, was much appreciated, especially in an environment that can be chaotic at times.
