The Parts Department was great working with me to get the exact items I wanted. After interacting with 7 other dealerships online, I found the Lincoln Corsair I was looking for in Evergreen Lincoln's inventory and called them. As this was an internet purchase (I live in the LA area), and the vehicle needed to be shipped, I was careful to ask many questions and all of my concerns were met. Along with the great customer service, Evergreen provided an absolutely unbeatable price for the car, and beat the other dealerships I had been corresponding with. I have nothing but praise for their customer service and finance department, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were fully informed and comfortable with the process. There was no pressure, no "bait and switch" pricing, just an honest dealership doing all they can to make new customers happy. I looked all over the US trying to find the specific color combination and options package we wanted, and after 3 months I located the exact car, and with a price that I couldn't turn down. The car was delivered to my home last night, it is perfect! I am so THANKFUL for Carli here at JC Lewis service. In 2021, we bought a brand new CX5 and drove our way from IL to Savannah. There, I left the new car and my daughter. Being 700+ miles away, I get very anxious about her dealing with "dealerships" and possibly being taken advantage of. Recently the car just "stopped" and had an emergency brake issue. We had the car towed to JC Lewis where Carli and the service team went to work. I cannot tell you how WONDERFUL, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, INFORMATIVE, KIND, all the feel-good words that Carli was and made me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my daughter having to deal with this. They had the car for about 3 weeks, provided a courtesy car and made sure to go over everything, made the repairs and then some. There were other issues that arose while they had it and I anxiously waited for a bill that could be in the thousands, but Carli was diligent in making sure anything that was covered under warranty, was. I cannot tell you how much I APPRECIATE her and her constant communication over the past 3 weeks. She didn't have to go that extra mile to put me at ease, as my daughter IS 26 :) but she did, and I am SO relieved. Seeing as this is the only Mazda dealership near my daughter in Savannah, she'll continue to bring her car there for all services. I did a lot of "homework" before we bought our Mazda's and if you're on the fence, Mazda (CX5) is the way to go & JC Lewis Mazda is the place for all your service needs. Thanks again Carli! I was in the market for a new car for over a year now. It is nerve wrecking and overwhelming. Decide to buy a new or used. I researched, test drive, and contacted over 20 dealers for information. Until I finally found the perfect car for me at the perfect price, while on the CarMax website in Norcross, GA. A 2023 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4WD with 16,500 miles. Practically brand new and at least under $2,000 and the lowest miles from similar vehicles in my area. One great thing about CarMax is that I was able to scheduled the test drive 7 days in advance. They reserved the car for me, no worries about being sold before my test drive. Another great thing about CarMax is the price advertised is the price you pay. Other than tax, title and registration, no other “bogus” fees are added to the price. I only wish they offered special incentives/discounts like military, first responders, student, etc. But, I am extremely happy with my purchase!!! Shout out to salesman Young!!! He is the first person I spoke to; he got the car for my test drive, and in less than 1-2hrs I was on my way home with a new car!!! In other words, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!

Dead honest review from a real person.... Absolutely one of the best car dealer experiences I've had. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly but Al C was just beyond exceptional in personality and very respectful unlike several other dealers I've met with recently. Did everything he could to make my experience the best it could be and have a nice variety of cars. Dealership is clean, staff are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from these guys!

Great experience. I called to check on a 2021 Ram Limited that they had listed. I was driving 8 hours to see it, they confirmed it was in stock and we made an appointment for the next morning. They had it ready when I arrived. It was as described. I knew what my Jeep Wrangler was worth so it didn’t take long to agree on a deal. Cobra Rhodes was the sales person and I also worked with the general manager Josh Osborne. Both were great to work with. I was only there 90 minutes and left with my new to me truck. I had been looking over the eastern half of the country and this was the best deal that I found. The only hiccup was that it took longer than expected to receive the title. They used a third party title company that didn’t completely the paperwork for several weeks. After I contacted Southwest about it, they did everything they could to resolver it quickly.
