2019 Lincoln Navigator L review
Fully supportive seats at last! Not since the seventies have cars offered this much comfort and roominess. The technology is second to none. I considered waiting a year for the upgraded Escalade, but why wait for the unknown while the known provides what I desired. Power, comfort, and all the room I need. Thank you Lincoln. The two salesmen that we had purchased thru are no longer at this dealership, so that's all there is to say about that....but the service department is why we keep coming back. JAY, TRAVIS and the rest of the service department are top notch. whenever we had a problem they took care of what ever it might be. Recently, our battery died on our new car. With a phone call, they came and picked up the vehicle and fixed the problem, then delivered the car back to our home while we were at work! So the car was ready when we came home. There are more examples, but I'll keep this short. The bottom line is, this service department is why we continually purchase, happily, from bob ridings.
