2002 Lincoln Town Car review

2002 Lincoln Town Car review
Great car love the analog clock heated seats are great. Cats were clogged when i bought it fixed it for less than 100 bucks . gas mileage is better than you'd think with a v8 comfortable and im a big guy so that was important for me lol. I was born in 96 my gramps had an earleir model the boxier one and drove it for 15 year and he bout it used like i did.

2002 Lincoln Town Car review
I bought my 2002 Town Car in 2007, and has been very dependable for 13 years so far. The only things that I have had to replace out of the ordinary are the upper and lower ball joints, the idler arm, and the rear air ride suspension components with coil springs. The power door locks stopped working, but I have not fixed that yet. I get about 25 miles per gallon on the highway, which is not too bad for a big and comfortable car.

2002 Lincoln Town Car review
I bought this 2002 in January, 2002. It has less than 70,000 miles! It has never been snowed, rained, off the road on since I have owned it. It is mint, showroom condition. It is garaged and shares it with my 2007 Ford Explorer which has less than 35000 miles. My town car has had very little maintenance issues in its 20 year history. Replaced the module on the air suspension, left door module for the rear view mirror, two tuneups and two sets of Vogue whitewall tires. Overall, my TownCar is the best of the four I have owned! Based on what I found out from Lincoln, the 2002 is the only one that has never been recalled for any issues! Of course, it is worth very little today, but I can assure anyone, I would never sell it! My dealer in Phoenix wanted me to put it on display, but I declined! Would I buy the Lincoln Continental today? No! There is a rumor that Lincoln is considering bringing back the Town Car in 2022. I saw the rendition of the vehicle and it looks similar to the Town Car with suicide rear doors, but as far as looking like a Town Car like I have, I would only say, somewhat, maybe. I will keep my Town Car for as long as it continues to serve me and it surely does. It has dual exhausts and I get 300HP as well as very good gas mileage; 18MPG to 27MPG. Not bad for a car that is almost 20 years old cost me $51,000.00, and weighs 5900GVW! A true treasure. It is the Cartier with all the bells and whistles I will ever need!
