Everyone was very helpful throughout the entire process. We were there for 6 hours looking for the right vehicle. We finished the purchase over a hour after closing time. Had to do entire transaction on line. The Jaguar was as advertised in every aspect. The purchase took one day(Tuesday afternoon). Vehicle was shipped and delivered same week (Friday morning). Immaculate and passed strict MD inspection with no issues. I cannot thank Mike enough for making this so easy. My wife is still smiling, so I cannot give a higher recommendation than that.
Had my oil changed - the oil filter was leaking just a little. I called, they said bring it in. Fixed it with a new oil filter and didn't charge me for it. I'm very happy. I've been bringing my Suzuki SX4 in for service since it was new in 2010. Best car I've ever had - best dealership service department I've ever dealt with! John Pfiefer is just great. Thanks again!
