2026 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Our 2026 Tiguan is very roomy for a mid size SUV. Luggage space is enormous. The 2.0L engine is responsive and more that enough for average driving. HP increased to 201 hp in new model. Comfortable ride. SE w/ panoramic sun roof and AWD (MSRP $38k) provides plenty of bells and whistles to keep the tech fan happy. Nice size touch screen handles A/C, heat, and other stuff. CON: Like many manufacturers, they are tending to do away with the traditional shift handle on the center console. The gear selector on the Tiguan is a stalk on the right side of the steering column. You select "D, N or R" by twisting the control forward or back. Park is enabled by pushing a button in at the end of the stalk. No more manual mode either. Not hard to get used to using but, "WHY". Overall, so far, I like the car a lot. This is our 8th VW lease.

2026 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Great 28.3 mileage w 500 mile cruising range on regular gas. Seat comfort, engine performance (no turbo lag), quality, great quiet ride, ventilated massage seats, and tons of upscale standard equipment quickly made us forget our 2022 Audi Q5 Premium Plus Sportback with a 15K savings and even more features. Best buy on a mid sized luxury SUV. Would highly recommend!

2014 Honda Accord review
This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

2019 Mazda Mazda3 review
This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!

2026 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I bought a 2026 Tiguan SE R-Line Black FWD on 12/06/25. After 2 big road trips and 2825 miles I’m averaging 29 mph and love the overall seat comfort, performance and feature set. This is my 5th VW/Audi, following an ‘87 Golf GT, ‘05 A4 Avant, ‘09 Passat and ‘12 Golf TDI 6m wagon. This generation Tiguan has recaptured a lot of the old VW magic: thoughtful design, higher-quality materials and smart packaging. It feels like it should cost more than it does! It drives more like a lifted wagon than an SUV/crossover.

If you're in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and give Bloomington Normal Automall a chance. It was, without question, the best car buying experience I have ever had, and honestly, the best I have ever heard of. I traveled in from out of state, and my salesperson, Ali, made the entire process incredibly easy. He was responsive, honest, and helpful from the very beginning. We handled almost everything over the phone before I arrived, and when my train was unexpectedly canceled, he even held the vehicle for me for an extra week without any hassle. That level of customer service is hard to find. Ali and his Sales Manager, Mike, were outstanding to work with. There were no games, no surprise fees, and no pressure to purchase unnecessary add-ons or gimmicks, which is especially rare when you are not financing. Honestly, it almost felt too good to be true because I kept expecting there to be a catch. I have purchased several vehicles over the years, and there is almost always something extra that dealerships try to slip in at the last minute. Instead, everything was exactly as they promised from the beginning. That level of honesty and transparency is incredibly refreshing and one of the biggest reasons this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They also respected my time. They knew I was in a hurry, and I was in and out in about an hour. The dealership was clean, organized, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Even though Bloomington Normal Automall is about three hours from where I live, I will absolutely check their inventory first the next time I am shopping for a vehicle. The drive is well worth it for honest people, outstanding service, and a completely stress free buying experience. I cannot recommend Ali, Mike, and everyone at Bloomington Normal Automall highly enough. If you are shopping for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and experience it for yourself. You will not regret it.
2025 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

2025 Jeep Wrangler review
Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

2022 Tesla Model Y review
The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander review
2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

2024 Genesis GV80 review

I have a 2019 GLE 43 AMG version. At roughly 45,000 miles, the car started making an intermittent rubbing sound when shifting through 1-3 gears under a slight load. Took it to the dealership. They hear the noise but cannot locate it. Power train Engineering is involved but simply said they knew of no issues. The problem has not been resolved. Has anyone else had a similar issue??
