I’ve been a BMW driver for about 3 years now and have been to numerous BMW dealerships. In my experience, all BMW dealerships hold themselves to the highest standards, but somehow Sterling has set themselves far apart from their counterparts.
Whether it’s walking into service or the showroom everyone recognizes me and remembers my name from previous engagements. It makes me feel very welcome and part of a family of BMW aficionados. Everyone is super friendly and is genuinely interested in what you have to say, whether it’s just small talk or business.
I’ve been going to Sterling for about 1 year now and I don’t think any dealership can compare in quality, customer service, and professionalism.
I would like to specifically mention:
Robert Graves, for his exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and salesmanship to get me into my brand new BMW M4, the ultimate driving machine.
Beaver Ho, for setting THE standard for all service providers with his professionalism and personal interest in ensuring I get the best quality and care.
Ash Soroushi, for making the finance process a breeze with how professional and knowledgeable he was. Extremely easy to understand every detail of the contract.
Matthew Tillman, for his expertise in the sales process.
Don't doubt this car

I have seen on cars.com 1 reviewer write two negative reviews which has dragged down the overall review scores for this car. That reviewer doesn't know what he's talking about. He calls it a Jeep with a badge but it's nothing like any Jeep I've ever been in. It has a Ferrari engine, handles amazingly, super fast (0-60 in 4.9 for the SQ4) and is the perfect balance of sport/luxury. It's an amazing SUV that drives like a (big) sports car. That fool, who only test drove it probably doesn't like it because he can't afford it. It isn't cheap, nor should it be.
stopped by to see about the new convertible coming out. this place is amazing. the store is nicer than the cars!
2017 Maserati Levante

Having previously owned two Maserati Quattroporte’s in the past, I was completely against the idea of Maserati building an SUV. However, my local dealership gave me one as a loaner car during a service visit and everything changed. I truly fell in love with the style, utility, passion and performance of the Levante. I ended up buying a lightly used CPO Levante S; White with Red interior and carbon fiber trim. This car sounds amazing, handles like a sport sedan and still manages to haul all my stuff on a rod trip! No regrets at all on my purchase and now with 33,900 miles on the odometer, everything is working flawlessly! Don’t pass this vehicle up, it will reward you in ways you can’t imagine.
