I brought my Nissan KICKs in for a routine oil and filter change on 7/5/2025. When I arrived, I let the Associate know as to the service requested, but also mentioned that I was unsure if I had also requested that my tires be rotated. I was meet with a no problem, we will take care of it. I let him know if they were busy and unable to that was okay, and his response was not a problem -- we got it. I was there for a little over an hour. Upon cashing out, he reminded me that the next time I came in for service to not hesitate to ask if an additional service can be done and they would take care of it. I was so pleased with the customer care and service provided. Thank you!

I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. Had roadside assistance bring car in for what I assumed was a warranty related issue since the car has only 12k miles but it ended up being a damaged radiator. Cam was incredibly helpful in setting me up with a rental for the night and the service tech who started the repair late Thursday came in on his day off to finish the repair. I wasn?t thrilled with such a bill on a relatively new car, but Cam?s exemplary service resulted in a great service experience.

I did not realize when bringing my car in to be serviced, that it was going to take very long, and I had my young child with us. Even though I was told they do not have a shuttle on Saturdays, they were still kind enough to give us a ride home, so we could grab our other vehicle and not be stuck there for hours. My only complaint would be that I called and left messages for 2 weeks to schedule an appointment, and it wasn't until I went on their website and used the texting option that I received a quick response.

2024 Mazda CX-30 review
The turbo is remarkable feat of engineering. 227 HP from regular unleaded and torque that leaps right from the get-go, maxing out by 2500 rpm. 29 MPG on a trip with 2 hours of highway and 1.5 of city stop & go. Add 93 Octane and you get 240 HP and change. Very responsive steering and suspension. The Premium Plus will spoil you rotten. THAT SAID ... the gas tank is tragically under-sized. Good luck getting to 300 miles even on a well-behaved week of driving. Though 2 gallons remain when the panic lights up on the dashboard, you won't know how much you've used of it thanks to zero=2 gal on the gauge. Also, at 1 of those is just used to keep the fuel pump cooled. We've wrestled for months now over whether it's even safe to drive around these parts with a measly 275 mile range.
