Working with Chris & Alfredo was hands-down the best Truck buying experience I have ever had. I was looking for a new vehicle and absolutely dreading the traditional dealership games, high pressure, and endless paperwork. Chris & Alfredo stepped in and completely took the stress out of the equation truly went above and beyond from day one. Not only did they locate the exact vehicle with every single feature I wanted, but Chris & Alfredo also negotiated an incredible price and handled every ounce of paperwork seamlessly. They were transparent, highly responsive, and always had my best interests at heart. If you want a smooth, stress-free, and professional vehicle purchase, look no further than Chris & Alfredo I will be recommending him to all my family and friends!

Ed was SO helpful! We had such a great experience with him and the rest of the team at Spitzer! Buying a new car can be such a daunting process but he listened to what we were looking for without the pressure I've experienced at other dealerships. AND he was able to steer us in the right direction, keeping in mind the features we were looking for and our budget.

The Sales associate, Johnathan, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered the questions we had regarding the vehicle and the purchase process. He was helpful in getting an acceptable value for our trade-in. The suv we bought did not have a cargo area cover. He did not help us either with replacement or compensation for our expense to replace it.

AutoNation Chevrolet DoralReviews
AutoNation Chevrolet Doral review
Love my experience with Alain Hernandez. He gave us a great tour of the different kind of SUVs, which I was interested in, just did know which brand. He asked me different questions of my interest and he finalize it to the Equinox RS. After test driving I was sure that was the perfect car for me, which was a birthday gift from my husband. I really appreciate the patient of Alain, he respected my ideas that I bought to the table. But what mostly impressed me the most he respected our space, he WAS NOT the ordinary pushy Salesman and his knowledge of the inventory and that lead us to the purchase of our SUV. Once purchased, we received emails from Alain checking on us and extend any assistance if needed. Thank you so much Alain

Alexandria VWReviews
Alexandria VW review
We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! These two gentlemen handled the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me and my family and ensure a positive outcome for! They are the reason for the 4 star rating. The salesman is the reason they didn't didn't get 5 stars! Aziz and Daniel, thank you for your professionalism throughout this entire process!

Sendell Motors review
Friendly/ Professional / & Honest. Sendell will tell you what they did verbally & a written copy of services performed. The waiting room is comfortable. the coffee was Great; they need a simple snack tray for customers in waiting. Most dealerships offer these. I give them a 9.5 Stars. out of (5). Why? there's always room for improvements.

Ceidrick and Steve were great through the whole process. And was very pleased to see the offer for our car was real and not just a trick to get us there and then offer us less.

I had a great experience with Sam purchasing my Honda. He was courteous and willing to answer all of our questions. He pulled the vehicle we were looking at right up to the front and provided excellent customer service. We were in and out purchasing our vehicle and had a wonderful experience.

Bianchi HondaReviews
Bianchi Honda review
I took my CRV in for a recall which I was told might possibly take all day so that’s what I had planned for. Not only did they complete the recall in a shorter amount of time but they were also able to inspect & service a couple minor things which saved me another trip to Erie. That dealership is SO accommodating! I was impressed with the service, the employees & the turnaround time. Can’t say enough good things about Bianchi’s.

Honda of ConcordReviews
Honda of Concord review
I recently purchased my Honda Prologue, and I’m really happy with my experience! A special thanks to Keo, my sales representative, who played a big role in helping me make this decision. He was extremely supportive, motivating, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain the car’s features, technology, and everything I needed to know, making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. Keo did a great job answering my questions and helping me understand all the details without making the process overwhelming. His knowledge, positive attitude, and willingness to help made the entire buying experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re planning to buy a Honda, I highly recommend asking for Keo. He truly goes above and beyond to help his customers make the right decision. Thank you, Keo, for making my Honda Prologue purchase such a great experience!
