Amazing sevice !!! I bought a used Escape from them that had a bad motor mount and cupped tires. They ordered the parts got me back in and did the repairs in 1 day...runs great! And new tires and breaks at no extra charge!!! Great people great salesman Mike Hanna keep me posted thru the process. And Ben Burrows the service manager was Amazing as well and of course all the shuttle drivers too great Dealership with fantastic employees to boot and a great restaurant too in the waiting room lounge!!! Two years ago Jose R assisted us with a Mazda Miata MX 5 purchase for my husband. The car we wanted was ordered online and the purchase was quick, painless and easy! Routine service at the dealership has also been great w/constant communication & a video of the service details texted after complete. In December, Jose reached out to us asking if we wanted to look into a newer MX-5 which we actually were debating even b4 his outreach. We made an appt, fell in love with the newer MX-5 and actually at the same time purchased a CX-50 Turbo for me and I love it! I have never in my life written a positive review for a car dealership but Mazda North has been beyond amazing. The team we worked with - Jose, Alex, Dave in finance and Beth - were all incredible - efficient, helpful, understanding of a customers time, honest and just fun to work with. I can’t recommend this team/dealership enough. Their integrity for the customer and to do things right shines through! We look forward to Jose’s future check-ins and will refer all we can!
