Concord Mazda review
We went in on Saturday 8/26/23 to look at a used vehicle. Jakelin greeted us upon entering the sales office and quickly provided us with her assistance. Once we informed Jakelin which vehicle we were interested in she provided us with the pertinent background of the vehicle. She then brought the car to us and accompanied us on a test drive. We ultimately purchased the vehicle. Jakelin then sat in the vehicle and reviewed all the vehicle’s features with us. She then provided us with her business card abusing us to contact her with any questions we may have. Thank you Jakelin for a great car buying experience!!!

Concord Mazda review
This review is for Khan Nguyen who helped me purchase a used vehicle through Concord Mazda. Khan was responsive online, friendly and informative in person. Honest about what he knew, and did not know about the vehicle I purchased. Khan is competent and genuine and treated my wife and I respectfully. I never felt like a sales mark. Khan is a great asset, deserves a raise. We had issues with the dealership, But Khan’s professionalism helped us complete the sale.

From the very beginning, Ashley Flores exuded professionalism and warmth, making me feel comfortable and confident in my decision-making process. Her knowledge of the vehicles, coupled with her patience in answering all my questions and families questions, truly showcased her expertise in the field and if she didn’t know, she quickly admitted and went to get us the answer. I cannot thank her enough for taking the time to understand my needs and guiding me towards the perfect car for me. She went above and beyond to find the best deals and negotiate on my behalf, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. What stood out was her genuine care and concern for me as a customer. She made me feel valued and listened to, which is a rarity in today's world. Her friendly demeanor and ability to build rapport made the entire experience enjoyable. I will undoubtedly recommend anyone in need of a knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable salesperson to Ashley or to DGDG Team Mazda

I reached out to Team Mazda for a Mazda3 and the experience has been nothing but great. Mike Woleslagle helped me get a great deal and friends who accompanied me were ‘jealous’ of how smooth the entire process was. Would highly recommend Team Mazda.

Good dealer . No high pressure sales tactics . Nice people . Bought a used Mazda with low miles . Considering the crazy used cad market , not a bad price .
2026 Mazda CX-5 review
I reviewed several vehicles. Honda CRV, the next model up, Toyota Rav4, and Mazda. Avoided the Chevy, Ford disasters. Settled with the Mazda CX-5 2026 model. Toyota has partnered with Mazda, so quality is on the good side things. The CX-5 aligned with most every need, technology, comfort, ride quality, color, style, etc. Honda and Toyota are more functionally design lacking style. Still good vehicles. We purchased this vehicle at Mazda Greenfield WI and they were great to work with!

Concord Mazda review
I had a very positive experience at Concord Mazda! We went on test drives with both Alex and Luis and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful in making a decision between several vehicles without putting any pressure on us to purchase - a very enjoyable experience! The sales manager was also very helpful and pleasant - Thanks guys!

Mark Mazda review
I purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 online from Colorado from Mark Mazda. I couldn’t be happier. The online buying process was simple. I could figure out the exact cost of the vehicle ahead of time, which was helpful when comparing vehicles. I feel I got a MUCH better deal than dealers in CO were offering, even with the “inconvenience” of traveling to AZ to pick up the car. James Fajardo, my salesperson, is FANTASTIC!!! He picked me up from the airport, gave me an overview of the vehicle and even took the time to follow up with the prep guys to get a slight scratch I didn’t notice on the vehicle buffed out. My vehicle was immaculate when I picked it up. James really went above and beyond to make me feel my business was valued. I would highly recommend him. I appreciated the dealership’s willingness to work with me as an out of state buyer. Rick in finance was great too. My only complaint (and thus the 4 stars for the buying process) was having to wait about an hour to get in to see Rick. That part could have been better, considering I had a long drive home. It’s an older dealership so there’s not much to the facilities, but that not what I really cared about. I understand they’ll be moving into a brand new place later in the year which looks much nicer. I’m so happy with my experience I would buy another vehicle from James in the future - even with a long drive home!
