The facilities are nice, clean and comfortable with plenty of room. However, I found the TV very, very annoying and made the wait much less pleasant than if the TV was not on.

My daughter bought a 2018 Outlander from this dealership. The sales person, finance and delivery staff were friendly and professional . As we live in New York and had a few kinks to overcome with Massachusetts and New York State law. This dealership went well above and beyond in order to overcome this. Phil the Sales Manager kept us well informed throughout the whole process. If we lived in the area, this for sure would be my dealership of choice. We truly appreciate everything they did in order to deliver the car to us. She now is truly enjoying her Outlander with manual transmission as they are difficult to find.

Upon entering IRA MAZDA my service advisor , immediately scanned my 2024 CX 30 and then in a welcoming tone wanted to know any concerns . New to the state , and this dealership , Norllin proceeded with the same courtesy I received from the Mazda dealer in RI where I purchased my car . . Norllin personally came out to assist with a technical navigation issue . It was explained the necessary services needed and how long it would take . I was shown to the comfortable waiting lounge where courtesy coffee and snacks were provided . Besides given a detailed inspection form my service advisor went through the report explaining each item . Norllin brought me to my washed car and proceeded to personally assist with the necessary touch up marks that were of concern . Completely satisfied with the attention and service from IRA MAZDA I feel confident that I will return for next maintenance service .
