I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it. The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep. I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total.. Loved it(and car is awesome too)

April, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with purchase of our used Honda. Within a day or so discovered faulty VTC Actuator. We are from out of state and had to remain in area for repairs during the worst of the wildfires. But the amazing service manager Celine ( who was also covering jobs for absent co- workers) seemed to be able to make magic happen!!!! Within 30 minutes determined it was a repair that had to done at a local Honda dealer, arranged a ride to our RV for us, had our car taken to the Honda dealer. Knowing we could leave town and the awful smoke when the car was fixed she said she'd try her best to get our car back to us the next day which was a sat.( and her day off). Gave us her personal cell no. and set up in computer the details for our return ride to Carmax. Sat. was moving on but one call to Carmax for an update, they saw Celine had arranged everything for us to get our car on Sat. and BAM, magic happened!! Had our car within an hour, repairs completed, and we headed home to Florida. Yes, Carmax was great with fulfilling their warranty policy but it was Celine who put the efficient, professional, friendly face to implementing it. Thank-you Celine for being great at what you do!

This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

The experience was amazing, the staff was amazing like always. Its the little mishap that occurred that doesnt give you the 5 stars as deserved. I called 2 days ahead to schedule my oil change. I spoke to the guy, he scheduled me in for Saturday at 8:30am. I get there and Im told that I was not scheduled at all. But the guy managed to squeeze me into the schedule (took a little longer than expected). While iM waiting, I'm hungry. I dont recognized the area so I ask the guy who assisted me if he could tell me what's to eat around. He asked what I was interested in and I settled for a place to go. He was very helpful and polite and so was the other guy next to him. Both very polite. I got messages letting me know how the progress was going anf when it was ready. Everything went smoothly. However, the milage on my new sticker was my current milage. The guy at the front helped me get it replace but I guess the computer was glitch in and giving the current milage but giving correct next date for oil change. Other than that, everything else was smooth sailing. I love their professionalism.

2026 Mazda CX-50 review
The CX-50 is a great car. The exterior and interior are sleek and luxurious, and it drives great. The combo leather/canvas seats are awesome, because you still get the look of leather without the sticky/sweaty feel. Responsive infotainment system and variety of control options (joystick, touch screen, steering wheel buttons) is nice. AWD works great for me in the mountains.

I came to Royal Moore to shop for a new vehicle after I had been deceived with fraud, lies and manipulation by a dealership I had previously purchased a vehicle from in December (Dealership located in Gladstone Oregon, NOT ROYAL MOORE) I was nervous but shortly after arriving to Royal Moore my worries quickly subsided by the absolutely amazing, kind, caring and honest employees that I had the pleasure of meeting and spending the day with. I truly felt like royalty, the treatment was so top-tier I don?t think I will ever step inside of another companies dealerships again to purchase any vehicle. My salesmen, Christian (Royal Moore Mazda), was the kindest, goofiest and most enjoyable person I could ever have to help me with my journey of purchasing a car. He was so knowledgeable and created such a huge impact on me while creating a bond of friendship and trust as well. I could tell that he wanted what was best for ME whether that meant purchasing a car from him or anywhere else, the support he gave towards my decisions did not go unnoticed and I appreciate him wholeheartedly for that! If you want a caring and thoughtful car salesman who doesn?t pressure you at all, then Christian is your guy! Like please please buy a car from Christian, you will not regret it! He knew how absolutely in love I was with the 2026 Acadia and did everything in his power to make sure I left the dealership that same day in my new wheels. Also making sure I did not feel overwhelmed by my new monthly payments. I love that he could laugh at the absolute nonsense I spew out of my mouth sometimes. He was a true pleasure to work with and really does an amazing job with representing the company. Finance is such a scary part of purchasing a new car but Nathan (Royal Moore Mazda) really did a great job of rewiring how I feel about finance managers. After a terrifying previous encounter with another dealerships finance manager? Nathan, my mom and me had the literal BEST TIME cracking the absolute funniest jokes together.. I could not have asked for a better experience to replace the bad memories someone else created for me. Thank you so much Nathan, you truly made the day even more special. Also for the record, NATHAN SAID. Last but absolutely not least, if it wasn?t for David, the general sales manager over at Royal Moore Toyota, I wouldn?t have had this opportunity to purchase a brand new car at all. He truly went so far out of his way for me, to help me when I was being wronged by another company, to guide me on what to do and the steps to take to protect me as a consumer after being sold a vehicle with undisclosed major accident damage. With his help and a miracle I was able to climb my way out of a fraudulent bad deal with another dealership. He then referred me over to the awesome employees at Royal Moore Mazda where I purchased my beautiful brand new 2026 GMC Acadia Elevation Black Edition.
