Quan was very good salesman could not be more pleased will recommend Avis to family friends
2026 Mazda CX-50 review
The CX-50 is a great car. The exterior and interior are sleek and luxurious, and it drives great. The combo leather/canvas seats are awesome, because you still get the look of leather without the sticky/sweaty feel. Responsive infotainment system and variety of control options (joystick, touch screen, steering wheel buttons) is nice. AWD works great for me in the mountains.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

EchoPark Automotive San Antonio review
I visited the location in San Antonio and I I'm grateful for all the help I got from Yousuf and Michelle. They were very helpful with the entire process because I am a first-time buyer and I honestly don't know anything about buying vehicles, but they took the time and showed me the best offers for me. I will be coming back.

Michael in sales was great and knowledgeable. I traded in a 2019 Mazda for a 2026 model. He's been responsive when reaching out with questions and to schedule the window tint. There was a mix up with the tint darkness but he helped sort it out. All in all, if you are going to this dealership, ask for Michael. He'll get you taken care of.

Abel was a good representative for the dealer. He was courteous and professional. Even though I arrived half an hour early, they got started on my car right away. I appreciate the detailed report of this major service, and will definitely return for any future servicing needs.
