Used 2017 Mazda CX-9 for sale near Newark, OH

We ended up buying our CX-9 once we finished the end of our lease since we have enjoyed the car so much. Currently, our mileage is around 50K miles & we've only had 2 issues so far: check engine light would not go off (emission's issue) and a GPS issue. Our GPS could never locate our car and would show us miles away. The dealer was able to fix both issues. We love the way how solid the car feels on the road and the inside/outside look of the car. Perfect for a family of 4-5 since the 3rd row is tight.

After speaking with Charles Wicks and reviewing my options online, I went to Heritage Volkswagen still not sure if I would make a purchase. Once I arrived and sat down with Melissa Cole, I knew I was purchasing a new car that day, which I did. I bought the 2024 Tiguan and she took the time to show me the features of the car and even set some things up while I was finishing my paperwork with Harrison Faecher, who made sure I understood all of the numbers before signing. I have a bmw x5 but just had my 4th baby, so we needed a car that seats more than 5. After a lot of online comparisons, we narrowed it down to 5, the CX-9 was one of them. When we finally got to see it in person, test drive it, and see all the features it has, we were sold! There are so many features on this SUV so I won't list them all, but it is very great on gas and the third row isnt super compact like some other cars I've looked at. The price is very reasonable for what you get, and we already have a few friends with different SUVs that are now looking into the Mazda CX-9.

Landin was knowledgeable about the vehicle and products, and honest about the pricing! Hands down the best dealership experience I've ever had.

I've researched a lot the options on the 7-seat SUV range before buying this one. It is very stylish, despite being a big family SUV. On the road it is fun to drive and you almost forget you are in a big bulky car. The trunk doesn't have as much cargo capacity as, for example, a Pilot, but if you need that much space perhaps you should consider a truck. :) One of the high points of the car I think is the amount of premium features that come standard. Things like head up display projected on the front windshield, which is something that you only get on high end BMW, Audi or Mercedes.

Alecia was amazing. So glad to know she is back working in the service dept. She always makes me feel valued as a customer and helps to relieve any anxiety I may have. She is a true asset to your company and her positive attitude is very much appreciated. Although I didn't see Randy during this service appointment, I give him a 5-star rating. He has always taken care of my Mazda needs whenever I've decided to buy/trade-in. I've been a customer for almost 10 years now. I love Nelson Mazda in Murfreesboro, TN.

I love my cx-9...have owned it since new. Only one complaint! Where the windshield meets the roof contains real blind spots. Have to look around them to see what is to my left and really double check if anything is coming to my right..otherwise, I love my Mazda!!

I love my CX-9. It is a good looking car, and the value for the price is great. It gives us enough room to sit my family of 8 and/or haul items when necessary.

Definitely the best used car company around - highly recommended! I came here since they happened to have a specific car I was interested in and was amazed at the excellent service and low pressure sales. Zeke was wonderful to work with; he handled everything independently and it was great to not get the run around with multiple managers and sales people. He got me a fair price for my trade in and when the car I bought had a few mechanical issues (100k+ mi so not unexpected) he went above and beyond to figure out the issues and get me safely on the road. Next time I'm back in the market for a car I will definitely be contacting Auto Quest.
